End of Over 42: 291-1, runrate=6.93
Middleton 9-0-56-0
Zakaria* 23 (25 balls)
Hitish 115 (121 balls)
Last Wicket: Norton c. Evett b. Gerrie 147 (FOW: 242/1)

3rd straight victory on the cards. Norton smashed 147 from 108 balls. Would've made 200 if he stayed in.

Not looking good, that useless Perkins again fails. Thank God I'm getting rid of him.

End of Over 44: 209-8, runrate=4.75
Clegg 7-0-40-2
Chambers* 1 (1 balls)
Chavhanga 99 (135 balls)
Last Wicket: Woods c. Storer b. Clegg 0 (FOW: 208/8)

Just can't seem to get 2 of my batters firing at the same time.

I won last week which was my last win. I'm on a 4 game losing streak atm.

Finally my tail is actually wagging! Good to see the great man step up again.

End of Over 47: 224-8, runrate=4.77
Storer 9-0-43-3
Chambers* 7 (13 balls)
Chavhanga 101 (141 balls)
Last Wicket: Woods c. Storer b. Clegg 0 (FOW: 208/8)

Haha spoke too soon, oh well Chambers did a handy job.

End of Over 48: 224-10, runrate=4.67
Clegg 8-0-43-4
Chavhanga* 101 (141 balls)

The players are off the field for the break between innings.

End of Over 50: 366-1, runrate=7.32
Larkin 10-0-76-0
Hitish* 157 (147 balls)
Zakaria 56 (47 balls)
Last Wicket: Norton c. Evett b. Gerrie 147 (FOW: 242/1)

3 wins from 3. Should have top spot by the end of tonight.

End of Over 4: 15-0, runrate=3.75, reqrunrate=3.76 (187-10)
Davidson 2-0-11-0
Gouws* 4 (7 balls)
Kiriella 11 (17 balls)

A victory from here would be extremely unlikely. Only knocks from Dunn and Davidson saved me from a horrible total. Wickets are what I need, in groups and fast.

End of Over 13: 67-0, runrate=5.15, reqrunrate=3.27 (187-10)
Angel 2-0-6-0
Kiriella* 26 (41 balls)
Gouws 39 (37 balls)

All over, red rover. They've been far too good for me today. Only the dreaded BT collapse can save me now.

And that's the end of the match. Aussie Bombers won by 321 runs.
Aussie Bombers 366-1
Rijumdogs Rijumis 45-10

End of Over 13: 45-10, runrate=3.46
Hougaard 6-0-25-4
Bushell* 6 (14 balls)
Gone for 20 minutes and it's already over. Thought they'd be better than that.

Was nervous to look at my commentary but now I'm happier :)
Mampe and Woods took 2 wickets a piece. in their opening spell. The Sawyer-Fernades combo wasn't so successful.

But Chambers again has picked up the vital wickets.

End of Over 25: 93-6, runrate=3.72, reqrunrate=5.28 (224-10)
Chambers 3-0-6-2
Riddell* 6 (42 balls)
Howarth 2 (6 balls)
Last Wicket: Storer c. Branch b. Chambers 1 (FOW: 91/6)

29.6 W Mampe to Riddell
What a catch! Masibulele plucked that one-handed from in front of a spectator.
That ends the hard fought knock by Riddell with 15 of 58 balls.

In the bag now

End of Over 31: 106-9, runrate=3.42, reqrunrate=6.26 (224-10)
Fernandes 6-1-13-0
Linde* 1 (3 balls)
Clegg 0 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Hinshelwood Run Out 1 (FOW: 103/9)

aussie1st added 14 Minutes and 6 Seconds later...

31.5 W Sawyer to Clegg
He's gone. Clegg clears the front leg and gets underneath the ball, slogging it up into the evening sky and Masibulele settles underneath it on the off side.

That makes it 2 from 3 and I took down the team that finished 3rd last season.

All over, red rover. They've been far too good for me today. Only the dreaded BT collapse can save me now.

Well they only won by 5 wickets in the end. The first wicket didn't fall till 150.

Green Beans Mental Blank
Top Order: masterful superb
Middle Order: quality quality
Lower Order: worthless feeble
Seam Bowling: miraculous exceptional
Spin Bowling: strong quality
Fielding: competent feeble

A masterful top order probably explains why the opening partnership was such a good one.

They can be a pain to get out sometimes.
Going by the ratings my middle order won it for me.

If Ashmore stays in, he could be the first Lions player to make 200 in an OD game. This run-rate is mad though!!!!

End of Over 18: 154-0, runrate=8.56
Danie 4-0-32-0
Mcbean* 60 (55 balls)
Ashmore 90 (56 balls)

End of Over 34: 132-4, runrate=3.88
Lindholm 7-0-30-0
Mampe* 66 (92 balls)
Nicholls 51 (85 balls)
Last Wicket: Teasdale c. Branch b. Allum 0 (FOW: 14/4)

Mampe and Nicholls putting in a sterling effort to save the game a bit here, most of my recent meetings with Bazzas have been low scoring, but this is my fault, remember kids, check pitch and weather and adjust orders accordingly! Screw me forgetting, I think I might have a slight chance tho, just need early wickets!
