Battling some tough conditions on the first day, uneven pitch, partly cloudy and humid weather, so batting will be tough going. The quality of the men at the crease starting to come through and they're accelerating a bit. Hopefully this is the season where Surmon really kicks on and becomes a player that can be relied on, a batting Samuel as such, if that doesn't happen though, I'll be very rich and someone else will have a very good batsmen that underperforms on their hands.
