Geez this is the most disgraceful performance I have ever seen.

Spinksys XI (1st Inning) - 73 all out
Slippery Little Suckers (2nd Inning) - 1/68

Mass fail.

Mcbean 6-3-11-0
Hatch* 38 (75 balls)
Coetzer 48 (74 balls)
Last Wicket: Monk b. Osborn 1 (FOW: 12/1)

Long way to go. I have a day and 15 overs left though so I can do it. Going to be an epic chase, and if I win the Kiwi bugger's in trouble.

End of Over 35 (2 runs). The No Ballers: 108-7, runrate=3.09 (1st Inn: 56-10)

Crossley* 4 (11 balls)
Dinning 0 (2 balls)
Last Wicket: Branson c. Samuel b. Kelly 57 (FOW: 108/7)

The inevitable win just around the corner, thankfully! Gives the guys a day off to recover some PFL for the OD game Friday.

These two are my last batters, hoping for at least 400, anything more will be a bonus.
End of Over 94 (3 runs). Baggy Blues: 286-4, runrate=3.04 (1st Inn: 88-10)

Chavhanga* 26 (39 balls)
Moodley 60 (167 balls)
Last Wicket: Shet c. Hitish b. Barr 37 (FOW: 248/4)

An impressive 100 by Moodely comes to an end. Sam came and went on the last ball before lunch. Need my tail to wag with Chav for another 100 runs.
End of Over 120 (1 runs). Baggy Blues: 397-6, runrate=3.31 (1st Inn: 88-10)

Mccormick 12-4-15-0
Burnett* 47 (44 balls)
Nolan 56 (142 balls)
Last Wicket: Spyrou b. Seddon 1 (FOW: 36/3)
Playing my top side and it's a great match atm. I declared at 210 to try and give myself a chance to bowl them out. Norton made his first ever First Class ton in his 2nd ever FC match.

Two good batsmen are in atm, one 26,000 wages and the other 3,000. If I get one of them out the wickets should flow and I should bowl them out.

Tail didn't hold up leaving the opposition with 100 odd to get. Fernades tried his best taking 4-41 but no one else stood up.

Baggy Blues Nowra Ninjas
Top Order: superb superb
Middle Order: proficient proficient
Lower Order: worthless woeful
Seam Bowling: superb strong
Spin Bowling: mediocre proficient
Fielding: woeful competent

On paper I should have won but BT is punishing me for messing around with my lineup.

Another disappointing display by Chav out for 37.
20.1 1 Lombard to Masibulele
Masibulele takes a single by placing the ball between mid on and midwicket.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Masi ended up with 64.

My recent wickey has been awesome

36.6 4 Gradley to Branch
Gently worked around the legs past midwicket for the boundary.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

He departed on 60 off 68.

He left me in good shape with my best batter now in the Hussey role.

End of Over 43: 212-4, runrate=4.93
Blair 7-0-36-2
Shet* 5 (8 balls)
Crouch 39 (46 balls)
Last Wicket: Branch c & b. Blair 60 (FOW: 196/4)

Got rid of his masterful top order, now into the strong batters. Should win it from here but never know with BT.

End of Over 28: 128-4, runrate=4.57, reqrunrate=6.41 (268-5)
Mampe 9-0-31-1
Lindop* 28 (48 balls)
Williams 2 (8 balls)
Last Wicket: Cotter lbw b. Chambers 47 (FOW: 123/4)

After being 50 something for 5, Teasedale and Mampe saved the day with a century each. Teasedale hit 122 off 125 and Mampe 138 off 114 to take us to a score of 305/9.

End of Over 30: 156-3, runrate=5.20, reqrunrate=7.50 (305-9)
Kelly 5-0-35-0
Sam* 76 (80 balls)
Ettienne 15 (24 balls)
Last Wicket: Padayachie b. Sloan 15 (FOW: 113/3)

Currently their run chase is going as follows, Samuel got one of their big bats out but otherwise was useless again. So far we look on odds to take the win, but a few more wickets would be nice.

If anyone wants the good-for-nothing Surmon and the now crap Samuel, let me know.

The Baggy Blues are playing their first ever game in NZ. 2nd string lineup so my 1st 11 still hasn't toured NZ.

End of Over 14: 80-3, runrate=5.71
Browne 2-1-1-1
Quintus* 40 (42 balls)
Muller 1 (11 balls)
Last Wicket: Sayce b. Browne 34 (FOW: 74/3)

Been destroyed...
End of Over 20: 183-3, runrate=9.15
Bird 4-0-37-1
Thatcher* 87 (68 balls)
Dangasela 5 (2 balls)
Last Wicket: Talia c. Fish b. Bird 3 (FOW: 177/3)

Kelly was super expensinve and then Bird wasn't much better, even though he took a wicket. Don't think that I'll be able to managed the chase for this one...

Maxkarter added 15 Minutes and 36 Seconds later...

End of Over 3: 27-3, runrate=9.00, reqrunrate=9.24 (183-3)
Talia 2-0-12-2
Teasdale* 7 (2 balls)
Surmon 4 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Mampe lbw b. Talia 15 (FOW: 20/3)

That's a fail of a batting performance and I reckon it's going to keep getting worse, oh well, I'll try to win the next two games to make up for this.

And that's the end of the match. BFN Bombers won by 6 wickets.
Walshys Wonders 183-3
BFN Bombers 185-4

End of Over 20: 185-4, runrate=9.25
Ainsworth 3-0-44-1
Surmon* 79 (51 balls)
41 (28 balls)

Got a lucky break there! The required rate was upto 14 in the 18th over but then the batsmen unleashed and produced this :

19.3 4 Ainsworth to Nicholls
Aizajuddin won't be happy. He'd just spent a good two minutes polishing that ball, only to then see Ainsworth - finally happy with his slips' positioning - serve up a waist high full toss on leg stump. Dispatched with aplomb.
19.2 1 Ainsworth to Surmon
Nudged the ball on the leg side and scampered through for a single. Great running.
19.1 4 Ainsworth to Surmon
Poor old Ainsworth. A cracking ball right up in the blockhole is dispatched by Surmon back past him and away for four runs.

End of Over 19: 176-4, runrate=9.26, reqrunrate=8.00 (183-3)
Talia 4-0-41-2
Surmon* 74 (49 balls)
Nicholls 37 (27 balls)
Last Wicket: Teasdale c. van Zeeland b. Dangasela 49 (FOW: 85/4)
18.6 1 Talia to Surmon
Too close to the off stump but Surmon does well to open the face at the last moment to run it down to third man.
18.5 6 Talia to Surmon
He hasn't even hit it hard but it's sailed over the ropes. Pure timing.
18.4 2 Talia to Surmon
Surmon guides the ball elegantly between two fielders, they run for two.
18.3 3 Talia to Nicholls
Nicholls turns a leg side delivery down through deep backward square, and the chase is on for van Zeeland . The batsmen turn for the third, and are forced to hurry as the throw comes in hard and flat. Good fielding in the deep.
18.2 4 Talia to Nicholls
Shot. Overpitched on the legs, clipped superbly away through square leg, two men posted on the boundary but he still finds the gap.
18.1 4 Talia to Nicholls
Over pitched on middle and he drives through the line, back past the bowler for four. Talia sticks out a boot in vain and ends up sat ruefully mid pitch as the umpire signals four.

Oh well, it's a win and I'm taking it!

^ Nice win Max

Finally the Baggy Blues are on the board in BT20 :)

Restricted them to 4/163 with Fernades 2-43 and Sawyer 1-21. Not the best effort on a cracked pitch.

In reply reached the total with 7 balls and 6 wickets to spare, Crouch again the star with 75* off 55 and new star Shet with 46 off 26.
