Its going down the wire, Jazy :D And with wickets in hand, I would say your team is still a favorites.

End of Over 32: 138-2, runrate=4.31, reqrunrate=5.67 (239-4)
Walton 6-1-34-1
Cahill* 68 (98 balls)
Hendrie 19 (40 balls)
Last Wicket: Mcdonald c. Bishop b. Walton 42 (FOW: 91/2)

Oh well, I am depending on Love and Hamed now.. They should only do something extra ordinary if at all HT stands a chance :upray

surendar added 1 Minutes and 26 Seconds later...

Suren was 76/1 at this stage so almost identical apart from I'm going a little bit faster. A bit of history for everyone. Shore Athletic have played HuntingTigers 4 teams before today's match, with HuntingTigers winning all 4 affairs. Alshaun, Malik and Field are the only three players, across both teams, to have played in all 5 matches, including todays.

11/03/2007 - HuntingTigers won by 6 wickets
29/07/2007 - HuntingTigers won by 7 wickets
06/04/2008 - HuntingTigers won by 4 wickets
21/09/2008 - HuntingTigers won by 224 runs

This is the closest contest so far and I feel this could go down to the wire.

Oh yes, May be Shore Athletic is looking for opening a victory account to make it 4-1 today :) And if I am right, You are playing me for the first time with 'Shore Athletic' as a team name :)

Good luck, Suren. This could be a belter. :D

Yeah first time with this new name. I have played you twice with Greenbank and twice with Sleaford Town if I remember correctly. You have thumped me everytime but today is seeing a difference. McDonald made 42 on his last match for me as he is getting sold in a few hours time, so it's a bye to a quality player.

End of Over 37: 158-2, runrate=4.27, reqrunrate=6.31 (239-4)
Clarke 9-0-45-0
Hendrie* 32 (54 balls)
Cahill 75 (114 balls)
Last Wicket: Mcdonald c. Bishop b. Walton 42 (FOW: 91/2)

Run rate isn't very fast, going to have to bat fast and try and keep wickets. Cahill has been wonderful. Love has 5 overs left and Walton has 2 so anything is possibele.

looks good jaz...I am playing a not so good team, but the game seems to be going the opposite way...

End of Over 11: 39-3, runrate=3.55

next over, a Quality bowling :)

Was looking good wasn't it, Effine?

End of Over 39: 171-4, runrate=4.38, reqrunrate=6.27 (239-4)
Clarke 10-0-53-2
Hendrie* 34 (57 balls)
Hodge 0 (2 balls)
Last Wicket: Pilkington c. Alshaun b. Clarke 6 (FOW: 170/4)

12 runs and 2 wickets off last over. I was looking for the runs but not the wickets. I'm 100% sure I will lose this now. Adamantly positive.

Jaz you are comfortably placed.. I cannot see your team letting the grip from this position,

End of Over 42: 201-4, runrate=4.79, reqrunrate=4.87 (239-4)
Hamed 6-0-21-0
Hodge* 5 (8 balls)
Hendrie 59 (69 balls)
Last Wicket: Pilkington c. Alshaun b. Clarke 6 (FOW: 170/4)

Hodge is only resp/comp bat though so if you get him out, which you should, you are into the tail. This could be a tense finale.

End of Over 43: 204-4, runrate=4.74, reqrunrate=5.14 (239-4)
Love 7-1-23-1
Hodge* 7 (10 balls)
Hendrie 60 (73 balls)
Last Wicket: Pilkington c. Alshaun b. Clarke 6 (FOW: 170/4)

LOL, you plonker Syl. This is what happens when you set orders when drunk. You were all over the place on MSN, telling me to molotov people, it really was disturbing.

;)

Lol my drunk orders aren't looking too bad ;)

After 2 overs my aby bowler has conceded 20 runs and my remarkable bowler has gone for 23 runs LOL. So may as well just bowl worthless bowlers and strengthen the batting!
End of Over 13: 112-2, runrate=8.62
Germon 3-0-36-0
Marsh* 54 (35 balls)
Tulley 20 (11 balls)
Last Wicket: Fellowes c. Masibulele b. Sawyer 6 (FOW: 75/2)

Now hes gone for only 6 more runs than my remarkable bowler, shows has screwed T20 is!

Hehe, need 173 to win, possible but unlikely

End of Over 1: 2-1, runrate=2.00, reqrunrate=9.00 (172-3)
Walcott 1-0-2-1
Masibulele* 1 (1 balls)
Chavhanga 1 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Fincher b. Walcott 0 (FOW: 0/1)

Chav thinks it's a test match , Masi says stuff you Chav this is how its done

End of Over 2: 18-1, runrate=9.00, reqrunrate=8.61 (172-3)
Dhanji 1-0-16-0
Chavhanga* 8 (7 balls)
Masibulele 10 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Fincher b. Walcott 0 (FOW: 0/1)

Hehe didn't even want to win this but what do you know I've done just that. The toss probably won it for me in the end.

End of Over 20: 175-1, runrate=8.75
Dhanji 3-0-46-0
Masibulele* 105 (65 balls)
Chavanaga 69 (53 balls)

They left it to the 2nd last ball to win it.

End of Over 20: 197-3, runrate=9.85
Goodliffe 4-0-35-1
Henry* 23 (13 balls)
Bignot 103 (58 balls)

Last Wicket: Shana c. Wiles b. Haishen 10 (FOW: 133/3)

I even forgot set my lineups but still team has managed to score 191 :p once again Bignot was the key :happy

WORLD CHAMPIONS added 23 Minutes and 10 Seconds later...

End of Over 4: 55-0, runrate=13.75, reqrunrate=8.94 (197-3)
Schoeman 2-0-34-0
Brock* 37 (17 balls)
Ratnayake 17 (7 balls)

My Opponnet is playing Hon kong Super 6's :p

End of Over 15: 90-3, runrate=6.00
Barrett 4-0-30-0
Nicholls* 2 (6 balls)
Gore 33 (39 balls)
Last Wicket: Samuel b. Hargreaves 9 (FOW: 86/3)

Not a bad start against the current SA Cup holders! Sent all my agressive batsmen in first to try to get a rocket of a start and my best batsmen are still to come! Reporter reckons it should be tough for batting with it being a green wicket and partly cloudy and humid, so I'm hoping this total isn't too low and Samuel can do some real magic and maybe, just maybe I can sneak a win.
