Game Version: v0.1.6
Game Mode: Play now
Match Type: Test / Any
Teams used: Aus (me) vs Nz (AI)
Issue: Not consistent however it occurred 4 times in 22 overs that when I pickup the ball near boundary, I'm unable to throw it back. The player keeps the ball in his hands and I don't get the bar to throw back the ball even after pressing buttons. The AI by then takes 3-4 runs and finally it throws back the ball by itself.
On the PS4 as well.

PS5 latest version: no crashes whatsoever, crowd noise is being worked on.

Platform: PS4
Game Version: v0.1.1344
Game Mode: Career (Female)
Match Type: Any match type which has a drinks break
Teams used: Happens with all, for example, Pune (Career domestic team) or India.
Ground: All stadiums, for example Kolkata Park
Over Count: Overcount doesn't matter, only drinks break animation needs to start
Issue: Hair pokes out of the helmet when having one of the long hair variants
Bug description: Hair is in the helmet at the start of the match and it works as normal. When the cutscene for drinks break starts, it shows the players without helmets, i.e., their normal long hair, if the cutscene is skipped then when the play resumes the hair pokes out of the helmet. It is super weird to see at the most, isn't game-breaking but makes a lot of the screenshots and videos look clumsy. Would be good if this can be fixed.

Issue: Umpire changes in match settings not always taking effect.

Description: I've downloaded some of the more well known international umpires. However, selecting those umpires in the settings before a match doesn't always actually take effect during a match & the game just loads Ross, Mike or Ben by default instead.

Run out bug #1:

Platform
: PS4
Game Version: v0.1.1344
Game Mode: Career (Female)
Match Type: Any match type, ODI, T20 3 day
Teams used: Happens with all, for example, Pune (Career domestic team - Western Wolves) or India.
Ground: All stadiums, for example, Chembur Park (domestic team)
Over Count: Overcount doesn't matter

Issue: Cancelling a run quickly causes the batter to shuffle around in and around the popping crease

Bug description: As soon as you play a shot if you call for the run and then immediately cancel it. The batter just keeps shuffling randomly in and out of the popping crease, no other controls work during this time except calling for a run. If the shuffling causes the batter to glide out of the popping crease and the throw comes into the keeper end, it almost always results in a run-out. The only working control of "calling for a run" will also result in the runout. So it is better to just wait and watch the shuffling hoping that you'll get lucky and the batter is inside the popping crease when the throw reaches the keeper end.
The workaround that I use for now: Do not quick cancel the run, let the striker take a step and then cancel, that way the batter has the running animation to return to the crease.

Run out bug #2:
Platform
: PS4
Game Version: v0.1.1344
Game Mode: Career (Female)
Match Type: Any match type, ODI, T20 3 day

Issue: End of the diving animation gets you run out!

Bug description: When running between the wickets if you dive to complete the run, the animation which gets triggered to help your batter get up from the ground gets you run out. In my case, the fielder threw the ball to the bowler, by the time the ball reached the bowler I had already completed my dive and my player rushed to get on her feet. The animation makes her get up in a way that her feet do not come inside the popping crease, when you dive to complete a run, it is because you are not going to make it. This means that your bat/hands would reach the crease but your feet would not, in most cases even after the completion of the dive the feet are still going to be outside the crease. Having the animation set up in a way that she gets up exactly where her feet was and the animation kicking in before the ball is dead is counter-intuitive. She stands on her feet alright, just a yard away from the popping crease and not having her bat grounded behind the creases. This prompts the bowler to take the bails off and you are adjudged run out. If this animation is intended to work this way, then please give us an option to manually trigger the getting up animation, I'd be fine just lying down on the ground until the bowler gets the ball and starts walking away, at which point the ball should be dead in the game logic?

I'll try to get a video clip of this animation, even if it is not from a run out to better explain what is going on.

Issue: AI right hand bowlers keep bowling leg side line to left hand batters & vice versa.

Description: AI keeps bowling leg side line with no fielders on leg side - leaking tons of runs & taking away the game immersion. This bug is carried over from Cricket 19 & was a major spoiler in cricket 19 & still persists. Pls look into this - there should be some solution for this?

Issue: The bowler (and some fielders random) have torso disjointed from the body

Bug description:
I've not noticed any pattern on why this happens, but during the match, the bowler and sometimes one of the fielders (I've only noticed mid-on and mid-off) have their torso disjointed from the rest of the body. One thing I've noticed is that if I go on replay and zoom in on the bowler (or the fielder) then after a certain amount of zooming-in their body fixes itself. Outside that range, the body looks disjointed. When playing career mode and batting, the bowler is out of this range and so their body appears that way. Hope this gets fixed soon, it really messes up the experience to see a bowler running in with a disjointed body. If this happens once, then it continues for the rest of the game.

When the batting innings has completed, then during bowling I get to see 1 or 2 fielders (in the outfield) on my team with disjointed bodies. It only fixes itself in the next match, saving and reloading doesn't help either.

Example of how it looks:

Oh good grief.....

Issue: Batsman constantly attempting an aggressive slog (B on Xbox) for every single shot regardless of my actual physical input of precision (X) or attacking shots (A). Batting made utterly impossible, yet again. Footwork also suddenly becomes simultaneously bugged & completely ceases to virtually line up with the physical stick input. (== disaster.)

Description: While being so heavily restricted with the current Xbox release I've tried initiating different careers, each with different specialities, & using a different batting action to experience the various differences for myself in C22 & to see if there were any glitches in so doing. (Clearly there are.) The most recent career I created is a batting all-rounder with batting action number 5. At the start of the first 3 day club match of this separate career all fine control was suddenly lost, the footwork just completely bugged out & the game was attempting a slog for every single shot regardless of my actual physical inputs. This has then repeated again through subsequent 1 day & 3 day matches.

The first career I created was a genuine all-rounder (can't remember batting action off the top of my head but it's definitely not 2, 4 or 5). The second career created was a specialist opening batsman with batting action 4. I've cycled through the match rotation of the club schedule (T20, 1 day, 3 day) multiple times with both of these careers & not experienced this specific bug once. However, I've now seen this happening in multiple matches with the batting all-rounder career in the 1 day & 3 day matches. (T20 seem to remain unaffected.)

So, whether it's a batting all-rounder specifically using batting action 5, or it's all batting all-rounders that just decide to randomly bug out will need additional testing by BA as that's yet another massive game breaking bug!! That needs fixing ASAP as it's 100% unplayable & game breaking when it's happening.
