Finally Cricket Academy worked for me. Its Super Duper Osome. Cant Thank BigAnts enough to produce such a wonderful stuff for cricket. Cant just wait for the game release. Magnificent....

Installed swiftshader 3 and it worked. previously it use to start and while setting up profile it use to boot me out.

Now there is a lag while using but its working.

How can i get ridd of the lag? any tips

Hi,

I've read through the comments on this thread (and tried them) but still can't solve the problem of being booted out of CA on the "loading profile" bit.

For the record, I've never had any other version of CA, I have a GTX 580, i7 Processor and 16GB of RAM so (I believe) have the minimum requirements covered.

Any other suggestions for what might help solve the problem?

What files are in your C:\Program Files (x86)\CricketAcademyBeta folder?

My computer is infinitely worse than that but runs CA usually fine. When I have had a crash during load, I have always been able to fix it by killing any browser process in task manager. Don't know why it works, but it always has.

I got my problem fixed by lowering the screen resolution. Try that bro

It would be great if a team could have different sponsors for different uniforms. Any chance Ross?

And to further that, be able to choose where the sponsor logo appears (just chest, just arms etc.)

I wondered that too snowy, I've only assigned sponsors to my teams' one day kit, but noticed Australia only have it on chest and arms.

Every team apart from Lancashire has large text for players names on their shirts, Lancashire has the really small text which I remember was a bug from a few months ago but was fixed. Is this the same for anyone else?

Are you able to post a screenshot of the issue? It's possible that it's still showing up for you due to your old save.

Are you able to backup your old save and start again with a new one to see if the issue still occurs?

I've spent many hours editing teams/players in the academy and I'd be absolutely gutted if I lost all my work. How can I carefully back up my files?

Btw i'm running the latest version of CA.
