Ok, couple of questions regarding this game
Is this a full blown 3d game like BL 99 or C97 in terms of gfx ? Cuz last time. I played the demo it was 2d tabletop sort of game
Secondly has it got a deep career mode like cricket captain? Also is match engine accurate enough to produce believeable result.

Hi Allrounder18,

yes, it's fully 3D now. Career mode is built like an RPG. You start off playing for a small club and earn points as you perform. These points can be spent on leveling up your skills. You'll also earn popularity with good performances which will make other teams interested in you. Eventually, if you do well enough, you will get selected for the national squad.

I like to think that the match engine is accurate :) It's currently being used for the Planet Cricket PL for T20's, Pro40's and 4 days FC matches.

The easiest way to answer your questions is to play the free version :)

Played as Eagles in the Zimbabwe 20 over competition. Performed horribly by winning only 3 matches out of 8 matches and it was my last match that I played before the finals or semi-final to take place. Once my game ended the game crashed.

May be it could not take up the defeat I suffered :p

Thanks rahulkhush, taking a look at it now. I think I'll be finishing off the last part of career mode today.

Speaking of which - do you think people would be interested in being able to buy property, cars, etc. in career mode?

Only if we can actually use them or they have some sort of ingame value, if they're just there for the sake of it, not interested

@dancingmongoose: That's music to my ears :) I'm not a fan of that kind of fluff, but other games (*cough* New Star Soccer *cough*) seem to punt it quite heavily.

Was working the other day now this:

Code:

@Iridium: Hmm, do you mind trying the attached version please?

Code:

Does it matter that I'm running 64-bit Windows 7? Didn't think it would since it was working originally.

Hmm will download it, Btw what is the difference b/w simulation and management mode. I am much more interested in cricket captain / cricket coach sort of management gameplay where you can actually play the match instead Rpg style career mode. Does this game offers this?
