I'm here. Will be posting more regularly in here aswell. Looking forward to the start of the season hopefully It's a good 'en.

Indeed. You haven't played in a match yet, but we're off to a cracking start. Lost the first OD by 1 run, and are currently trailing by 300 odd runs with 2 wickets in hand in our first FC game. Starts don't come more perfect than this. We are right on track to coming last.

Now, would you like to open the batting, or would you prefer a middle order slot? Number 3 is mine, 4 is reserved by RHM, and the last two spots go to Foxy and Tassie respectively. Also, KBC is opening the batting as punishment. The rest of the slots are open for you to pick one.

I'd let you open the bowling, but that is out of our control. We draw a name out of the hat to decide who bowls each over. Sometime we do it to decide who bowls the next 5 overs, or which bowlers are to bowl in a particular session. Keeps it fair.

Eh? You did score runs and did errors, and i was better from the last match. So you don't punish yourself?

I like the idea of having drinking games to pick the bowling and batting orders. Its very fair. With our next first class match I'm not sure whether the bookies want us to win or lose that one. I think the agreed sequence may be loss, loss, win, loss, win, loss. So for the 3rd and fifth games that would mean we have to put in a 'normal' batting order. I believe the reason why we were meant to win a couple was to make people think we weren't on the take. I don't understand that sort of thinking but there you have it.

For FC games it is actually WLWLLWLLWLWLWLL. Corresponding patter for OD games is LLWLLWLLWLWWLLL.

Thanks for clearing that up. The bookies will be happy if we hit a 50% success rate given the odds they'll be setting for our opponents. Our investments should reap very large dividends. I think we should consider whether to next buy an island or a spacecraft.

Never seen a plan go as smoothly as the one we pulled in the Warriors match. Absolute genius.
