There really are some hilarious courses out there. Going to uni for the sake of going to uni.

Quite scary to think I finish mine in about 6 months...

Yep. If it wasn't going to laden you with so much debt I could understand, but if you're getting a degree which won't be that helpful to get a good job you best enjoy the experience of university, as it's costing a lot.

First day of Year 12 today. Everyone else is still in the years that they were in last term, except for us. Nothing that interesting, just got some Year 11 exams back. Nothing else to report... :D

* sigh * One more week of holidays till' I'm back sitting down listening to lectures. Thank God for study notes.

Reading week next week. I will actually try to do some reading.

Calc exam thurdsay and I need to do some serious studying. No chance of that happening as the book lays closed and I browse PC :p.

Studying a Shakespearean play of my choice for my year 8 English class.

Thinking of doing King Lear.

Lear is ok but why not be a bit more left field and do Winters Tale or Merchant of Venice or something?

Maybe. The fact that King Lear is based on a legend involving a mythological Pre-Roman Celtic King captivated me from the on-set. I have no clue what the Winter Tale or the Merchant of Venice is about though.

Well as you have an internet connection I'm sure you can find out.
Winter's Tale has the immortal stage direction in it:
"exit, pursued by a bear"

Beat that ;)

Merchant of Venice is quite good. I studied that when I was 14/15 and found it pretty easy to get to grips with, so you might want to give that a go.
