England Tour Of Bangladesh 2010

As an England fan although Morgan really is breath of fresh air. Its funny that England last two exciting young batsmen in Pietersen & Morgan are foreigners.

Good innings from Prior, now that he's batting in the middle-order in ODIs instead of opening he is looking ODI quality.

you of all people ? :facepalm

If Eion Morgan is England's greatest player having average of 39 then I can't really complain.

Congrats to England (actually Morgan) for winning against Bangladesh :clap

Lol, Eion is surely great player but comparing with Sachin is ridiculous.:facepalm Tell me even one stats in which Eion is better than Sachin.

Heck, Sachin (86) even has better strike rate than Eion (75) at age 36.

Really? Really?

On a serious note, as i said earlier, Eion is easily the greatest young batsmen who we can depend on situation .

Nice game of cricket at the end.

We?

It really is good to see, but knowing the English fans as soon as he goes through a bad patch we will all get on his back and hate him. Being an England player comes in swings and roundabouts.

Hey guys its no longer

Eoin > Sachin

look at my sig, its now Eoin > Sehwag (there is actually some truth to that)

At the end this game was lot more tighter then it looks like on the scorecard. "Eng won by 2 wickets, 7 ball to spare".

Man!! I still cant believe we lost because 2 dumb mofos were just lil too lazy to rise their damn figures. At least 1 out of those 3 occasions, and we had the game.

It is true, umpires do not give batsmen out due to sheer laziness.

Brilliant stuff from Morgan today, I felt Wright bowled well and Prior is showing some maturity in the middle order. Kieswetter's 2 shots today were pretty shocking, almost reminiscent of Prior opening.

It was a sarcastic comment. Morgan was out on 5 and 13. Prior was out on 4. All plumb. plumber then the 1s that were given. They had a partnership of 90. Which totally took the game away from us. It could've been 115/6 easily. Ended up as 198/5. I am sure if it was other way around, and England had lost the match because of that many crap decision, English media would be going nuts by now. Just read what they were saying after Cook was given out on 1st ODI (even though there was 2 other bad decision went Eng's way). Where the flip are they now?

The second Morgan decision was borderline, first was a shocker though :p

If Wright is to be in the ODI side he needs to back any decent performances with figures/stats. 0/38 and 7 runs is not really contributing enough. I do wonder if England aren't more wrapped up in "bowling economically" still and not focusing on wicket taking enough. I intend to check out England results by wickets taken, bowling first being the more obvious target data/resource. I did something like that on one captain and pretty much showed that we win when we take 9-10 wickets and not so much when taking less.

Well played Morgan. :clap And Bangladesh ...:laugh:laugh
