England tour of India (5 Tests)

Good knock by Jurel, looks a promising lad.

Siraj and Bumrah being able to survive 36+ deliveries makes me think the pitch is still very good to bat on. India, however, will be a little disappointed to not reach close to 500 after winning the toss.

England off to flyer as expected.

Kumar Dharmasena is having a stunning game. Two phenomenal decisions in just the last hour or so

600 least on the card if the pitch continues to behave the same.

This is really unfortunate news. Really hope it's nothing serious.

This is horrible.

Ashwin is the most cricket badger - there's no way he'd leave a Test mid-way through for anything other than the worst kind of emergency. I just hope it isn't that.

Also, there absolutely should be rules in place to allow for the full replacement of a player who's not able to take part in the remainder of a match. I'm pretty sure Stokes and co wouldn't want to win a game because something horrible befell an opposing player or their family.

Yeah, I couldn't see Stokes or McCullum minding him being replaced under the circumstances.

Should they go to the Indian camp and be like do you want to add a player? If two teams agree, would it be allowed?
