The year is now 2008. We are in October and approaching the new year in 2009.

Over the past couple of years, England Cricket has been with its ups and downs in both formats of the game. The Ashes are just around the corner so the England Cricket Team need to get into shape and be prepared for the Ashes.

With some new faces coming into the squad, the future looks bright. But will England repeat the heroics they did in 2005?
