Norwich lost 2-1 to Blackpool yesterday, I was there, we were crap, they didn't let anything go, chased everything and deserved to win.

The wheels fallen off Rodent's cart already?

TBF the second goal was a nice finish.
Town nicked a draw, gets us 6th.

My heart is breaking

Seriously, it's not as if Fabregas was begging to go back and if he wins the Prem and Barca win nothing, I don't think Cesc will be too disappointed.

I wouldn't say so, no. When he, Glenn Roeder that is, was appointed Norwich were adrift at the bottom of the table and now we are 13th. A lot of our fans are pleased we are not going to be relegated.

On Saturday, we were fouled in the area but the referee refused to give a penalty kick. I was level with it, it was one of the clearest penalties I have ever seen. The referee, all in all, was rubbish.

Early on in the match, Dion Dublin kicked the ball out when Blackpool had a player down injured. When they scored their second goal, our captain Mark Fotheringham was down with a much more serious injury than the Blackpool player had. I know they were not required to kick the ball out, but they were unsporting in not doing so.

I can't hide away from the fact that we didn't play well on the day though, but it is our first loss at Carrow Road for 4 months. We play Watford at Vicarage Road tomorrow, I doubt we will win that game, but from there we have some we should be able to win.

I think being told he was too small and lacked the ability to ever make it big was one of the big reasons he left them.

I kinda meant it tongue-in-cheek lol

In all seriousness, he has done one hell of a job up there, as you rightly said, and it is pretty good to go from 24th and a way adrift up to 13th and back in with a shout of the playoffs.

As for the goal incident: It's swings and roundabouts, some time you will get it back in your favour for sure. Referees are always biased against Norwich, and Ipswich. We have the always "brilliant" Kevin Friend taking control of the game tomorrow night, and I look forward to abusing Paddy Kenny when he keeps in front of me :p

Tactics for Watford from a team who have already played them:
Play your biggest team
Defend deep
Hope it isn't windy.

I remember commentators complaining about Watford time wasting when they beat Ipswich at Portman Road a few weeks ago. If they do this, it is an ugly way to be promoted.

I went to Leicester although I didn't really watch them, one of our mates plays for Preston and he was suspended so he came in our box along with another player who admitted he doesn't like the manager, He was going on loan to forest and was really happy and the the striker got injured so he might have to stay which pissed him off :p Top lads, talk about money but every footballer I know just wants to play.

The goal which won it was a cracker and deserved it, Leicester had 3 dissallowed goals, the first 2 weren't goals but not sure about the second. The lino despite getting the offsides right was crap though, the officials had to get a police escort off.

Norwich drew 1-1 away at Watford, that's a good result seeing as they are flying high and put us under pressure. I will be going to the Stoke game on 11th March! :)

Same tactics apply... & watch out for Delap's throw.

In other news, I froze my balls off to watch a very dire Town performance vs. Sheffield United. Poor, and I'm starting to doubt the manager now. He CONSISTENTLY plays players out of positons, and never plays our most creative player (Garvan) and keeps playing crappy left back Dan Harding...

They still play him! thats shocking on behlaf of the mananger last time i saw them play every time dan harding touched the ball he gave it away.

Would ask which game you saw, but it could have been any of them.

Chelsea 2 up, Come on Panathanaikos!

They are playing Olympiakos. ;)

Jamie Cureton has scored in all of his last 3 games, two of them (v Barnsley and v Watford) were brilliant strikes. The other one was a penalty.

Ssshhh, all Greek teams are the same :p

ANYway, skater (and other fans of Championship sides) what do you think the Championship will end up like?

My predctions are:
Champions:
Stoke
Promoted:
Watford
Playoffs:
Bristol City
Plymouth
Hull City
Crystal Palace
Of which, Palace will go up.
Relegated:
Sheffield Wednesday
Scunthorpe
Colchester
