Top of the league. Everyone else pack up and go home. The side at the top at September always goes on to win it. :p

Still, pissed they didn't show it live. How many televised Prem games have Manure had? At least 3 or 4, same with Chelsea and Pissinthepool at least 2 or 3.

Arsenal have had 1.

Don't be so sure, we're only two points off the lead and level with Chelskovski! So much for our poor start! We'd be miles clear now if we'd been finishing properly in all our games!

True, don't right us off so early eh?

Games are based on last season's performances, and based on the summer transfers as well.

But all that said and done, Spurs v Arsenal, should get the nod ahead of everything else. It is the Madrid v Barca version of English football.

If ifs and buts were pots and pans then there would be no tinkers. Your finishing, just like ours, just stinks at the moment.

:laugh perhaps not that big, try Liverpool/Chelsea v United.

How unlucky were Ronaldo and Scholes yesterday! Scholes threw the ball to about 5-10 yards from where it should have been and he gets booked for throwing the ball away. I wouldn't mind if he threw it to the other side of the pitch, but thats just ridiculous.

If it was anyone other than Ronaldo, he wouldn't have been booked yesterday. There was clearly contact, and the ref just bottled it and thought it would be easy to blame Ronaldo and book him. It should have been our free kick.

Obviously not strong enough Drew.

Well United with Ronaldo didn't get the win at Pompey :p Liverpool gotta couple of tough games coming up away at Wigan, Everton and Birmingham, win those and we're right up there with some tough games out the way.

Somehow I feel the hatred between Arsenal and Spurs fans is comparable to Madrid-Barca (although not quite as much since the latter has a political history)

United-Liverpool are two of England's best clubs, so the rivalry is purely sporting.

And as far as your upcoming tough games are concerned, only Everton could cause you problems. Anything other than a win against Wigan or Birmingham and you should be kicking yourselves.

You obviously have never been to Manchester or Liverpool if you believe the rivalrys purely sporting.

Everton vs Liverpool puts the North London derby to shame. Madrid vs Barca is definitely El Poole vs Utd in comparison. The GoonerSpud derby comes nowhere near that.

Boca vs River owns every other rivalry.
As does the Milan derby.

Boca River should get more coverage over here. I happen to think El Derby is just too overhyped at times. And it's not even a proper derby.

That state of affairs won't continue for long, not with people like Rooney and Ronaldo around, also Tevez is bound to start firing soon.

I see more aggression in Mersey and Brum derbies to be honest. Mersey derbies are just the best. Even when we played Tranny ages ago it was a quality derby.

Just to correct you, l'Arse vs Spuds is a local derby, a la Real Madrid/Athletico Madrid, and it is not that much of fierce a game. A comparision of the Madrid vs Barca derby is Utd vs Pool. If you'd been to Manchester or Liverpool, you know that it is much, much more than a sporting rivalry. We hate them, they hate us, the city's are rivals. Hence the numerous amounts of anti-Scouse chants sung at OT each week and I'm sure vice versa for the games at Anfield.

Yeah, the Boca vs River Plate derby just pwns all the others.
