I am disgusted with the interview I've just watched with Chris Samba!
If he doesn't get sold then he "won't be able to give 100%" for the club in games!

If I was at Blackburn is tell him that's fine, but he won't be getting paid 100% of his salary!

I know modern footballers are as loyal as judas, but that is beyond a joke! He should be fined by the club, and the players union should back the club over the fine!

What a horrible footballer he is

I can't exactly blame him for expressing what he feels like. The blackburn fans have been doing it for some time, since Kean is at the heart of things most of the hate is directed towards him. I can feel for Samba because Blackburn are on the verge of relegation and he is a good footballer and he wouldn't want to endure a season in the Championship in his prime, and the fans exactly have the same feeling running through them over the absence of Activity of the club's owners and their ridiculous decisions.

Doesn't excuse a player saying he isn't going to do his best to try and help the club while he's there!

Wigan are shocking but you don't here their players saying they arnt going to give 100%.

I know he's frustrated, but to try and get out by threataning to not try when you play, when you are Heinz paid many thousands ever week to kick a ball for 90 minutes is disgusting.

Be fair for a minute dude!

He's basically saying that his heart isn't going to be in it. He's done nothing other than be honest, which is actually to be applauded. Have you ever had to work somewhere you no longer wanted to be? It's impossible to be at 100% all the time when you are no longer personally motivated to be there. Of course he'll turn up and do his job, but I think he's fair to say that he's given the club a lot, and he really doesn't owe them anything. He's at a point where he has a limited timeframe to make the most of what he has. He's currently quite desirable to a lot of clubs according to the press (ignoring the fact he's a mid-table solid centre back and no more) and as such having clearly given Blackburn a chance to deliver a promised improvement that hasn't arrived, is within his rights to now look for something better for himself.

How much more time can utd give De Gea, another goal down to him..

Gotta be Sir AF worst signing i can remember

So far, that is how it's shaping up.

I thought that playing him today, after not playing for a few games, was a huge mistake on the behalf of Sir Alex - better to stick with Lindegaard for today, and ease De Gea back in against Stoke at Old Trafford - not in the crucible that is Liverpool v Man Utd in the FA Cup and at Anfield to boot!!! Big mistake, for me that cost us the game. I cannot see Lindegaard making such errors, he looks so much more solid for me. I think we should stick with Lindegaard and let De Gea have a good long look at himself over the summer. We cannot afford a weak link anywhere in the team, but especially not between the sticks.

We really should not have lost that - De Gea was especially culpable for the first goal - but more on that in a minute - and it was a schoolboy error by Evra for Liverpool's second goal.

I have to mention Smalling. He was immense - I lost count of the amount of times I heard 'and away by Smalling'. He is really shaping up into a terrific defender and him together with Jones will form Utd and England's central defence for years to come.

On the whole, I thought the ref. had a great game - but I would raise one point going back to that first Liverpool goal: this idea of crowding the keeper like that at corner kicks, basically stopping him getting to the ball - surely that should come under obstruction? Do that anywhere else on the pitch and it's a freekick, true or false? I mean, the same thing happened at the very next corner and it was given as a freekick - even the commentator said that it was given as a freekick because De Gea got his fist to it. It was a carbon copy pretty much, yet one ended up in the net and one was given as a freekick. For me, that's obstruction and shouldn't be allowed - but there you go. We can't just point at that - we should've won that game with all the possession we had and of course, Valencia was incredibly unlucky with his shot back off the post.

Thought United played really well and deserved better. Evra and Liverpool are officially even now after that assist.

That's quite a week for Liverpool; knocking both Manc clubs out of cups. Hopefully they'll draw Chelsea in round 5...

tbh Chelsea really wouldn't wanna face us, given their record against Kenny Dalglish.

Liverpool are a tweaking joke of a football club. Dalglish labelled the bullying by thousands of people of a man who was racially abused as "friendly banter", yet said that Wigan's booing of Suarez was "a disgrace that the FA need to clamp down on." Monkey gestures and the booing of someone who is the victim of all of this is just banter, ey.

As for the actual game, Giggs can't play centre mid, Carrick has been phenomenal this season and has to go to the Euros and Smalling and Evans are very prone to lapses of concentration.

There's always a first time for everything. But really though, enough of Chelsea vs Liverpool clashes. It's boring after the amount of times we have played each other in recent years! :facepalm:facepalm:facepalm

They always are.

They booed him 'cause we hate him, not because he's black. Didn't see Valencia or Welbeck getting booed. As for the guy who made that monkey gesture, well yeah, that was disgraceful and he's already been arrested.
