thread confirmed ruined by clueless preteen subcontinent kids who think they are die hard fans of a sports team from a city they have almost certainly never visited.

little point me coming back to this thread anymore as about half of the posts on the last few pages have been from people on my ignore list. Stick to the IPL kids you have zero understanding of english football

No offense but going by your logic you should own nothing but your undies because all you possess is made in some suburban city of china.

:p

none taken because that isn't even close to using my logic. My logic should see me not getting a Shanghai Shenua tattoo on my back.

and a "suburban city" isn't even a thing.

Tevez - what a loser. When is he going to learn to keep his mouth shut (or his opinions to himself in this case).

Any season where utd don't win anything and you don't make the knock out stage of the champions league is a very, very bad season

City let you guys back in through there lack of experience of a title race,, they should have had it wrapped up way before sunday,, now they have tasted there 1st title,, you will be playing for second now with the rest of us for a very long time.

Do not kid yourself that you had a good season, by going on about how many goals you have scored shows you are clutching at straws, you are in denial big time,

Scholes is staying on again, this shows your intentions for next season,, relying on the dads army boys,, where i'm sure city will go get a couple of 30 million pound world class players,,

Hey good luck with next season,, you could always ask neville to come out of retirement

I don't agree with that at all. City got 89 points, so did we. How can anyone say that a season where you get that many points is a bad season? We lost the title by a couple of minutes when it comes down to it. If QPR's defending for the last goal hadn't been so damned awful and Aguero never got the chance, would we now be saying that City had a bad season? I doubt it.

I'm not talking about Europe here - our European season was indeed nothing short of disastrous - I'm talking about the Premiership alone.

As for 'playing second' for a long time, yep - that's what the last moneybags lot thought - we all know to whom I refer. :p

For now, my focus is on the England cricket team, then the football team but make no mistake, I'm looking forwards to next season, not dreading it. Even if City do win the title again next year, I wouldn't be worried; after all your lot won the title twice on the spin, only for us to come back with three in a row - only being denied a fourth by what was it? One point? And we were only denied this one on goal difference - by what came down to a couple of minutes. That's an irrefutable fact. There's a very good chance that without the Joey Barton nonsense, there would've only been two or three minutes stoppage, which wouldn't have been enough. ;) I know everyone's going to say Utd had a bad season, because that's what always happens when we don't win the title. It's not the case, but because it's Utd who missed out, that's what everyone will say.

But what a speech by kompany really great he said that the players dream of these moments when they're kids, it's more than money. Great captain, great win

^^ But that moneybags have a chance to win 2nd trophy what about you empty hand this year

Think he just won another trophy to be fair to him :p

The guy has no class - that makes him a loser - regardless of how many trophies he's won. Anyone who flounces off back to their homeland for four months because they're a big baby, is a loser.

Haha, meant to say Area. The term City's got to my head. :p

I guess we'll leave that as radical (not everyone gets a tattoo). Can't complain if a football club from a city in england gets people talking from all parts of the world. But you can't imply only people from Manchester, etc deserve to talk about their club and the rest are second grade fans, agreed with a lot of them being plain hypocrites.

Let's say Liverpool gets a massive fan following from the world, so just because they aren't from Liverpool should they be discarded as fans?

Just my opinion. :D

That No.20's for next year, eh KBC? :)

Nope MR steve you have to wait for more 20 years to have your 20th title:p

Liverpool do have a massive world wide following so i don't really see what you're getting at there.

I'm not getting into a debate about what does or does not constitute being a proper fan. I included the words clueless and preteen. Not all supporters of teams have to be from the area.
