It's still seen one more trophy than Arsenals in the last 7 years :p

----------

Also... fat chicks need loving too.

Thought decade was 10 years not 7.? :lol

Don't know about fat birds only go near skirt that's at least 8/10

Using artistic license :p

I think these days you only go near skirt that's squeezed out a melon ;) Must be like parking a sausage in the Thames... albeit a brattwurst...

Or get more exercise, or stop shovelling so much food down their necks. Sure, some might be fat because of a medical condition, but the vast majority are fat because they eat too much and don't get any exercise. ;)

Torres... poor Torres: right now Shearer's speaking about him not playing with a smile, more like a frown: hey Torres, wanna swap lives? :rolleyes

Two notable things i gathered from this weekend:

- Hardcore chelsea fans are dumb if they are going to seriously boo Benitez all season and not send any vitriol towards Abrahimovic whose lawless behaviour as an owner is the real problem.

- United need to make the 4-3-1-2 formation their main set-up and use the 4-4-1-1 as the impact option.

It killing the defence by having Scholes/Carrick start together. Only one of them should start as the playmaker - with any two of Fletcher/Anderson/Cleverly doing the running for them to give the mid-field far more solidlity.

Valencia & Young should be used as wing options. Although i reckon Valencia could be a useful right-back in a dani alves ilk.

So best United XI once all are fit:

De Gea/Linegarrd

Jones/Valencia/Rafael Smalling Ferdinand Evra

Fletcher/Cleverley Scholes/Carrick Anderson

Rooney

Van PersIe Hernandez

Really couldn't agree with this more. Abromovic really is losing patience in his managers.

Pep is supposed to have stated that he's noticed over the past few days that Roman is trigger-happy with his managers at best - and that's definitely not a plus for him. I reckon Roman's going to have to do something really special to get Pep to go to Chelsea. I think he'll end up at Man Utd - it's obvious that we'll move Heaven and Earth to get the best manager possible once Sir Alex calls it a day.

I'd like to see a british manager replace Ferguson & i got a soft spot for David Moyes getting the job.

Realistically of all the clubs that are 'in' for Pep, I only really see 2 that Pep is in for, Manchester United and Bayern Munich. Oddly enough both the clubs have fairly old managers who have been hinting at retirement for a while now(Jupp even went as far to say that this season would be his last).

We'll see what goes, I'd love for him to come to City, but I just don't see it happening.

thing is though i think it's an incredibly tough job to take. if i was a manager with a solid reputation i wouldn't want to be the guy in after SAF. it's a hard job to "win" in.

next but one sure, but i think moyes is a bit too smart and cautious to be next in.

How would Smalling topple a fully fit Vidic to the best XI?

Also, Rooney would push back up once Kagawa is fit, so practically you can't have Chicharito in the starting berth or Anderson should make way for Kagawa at AML/inside forward sort of position he's comfortable in and he links up nicely with Scholes and Carrick (now that he doesn't have to drop back into defence).

On a more fulfilling role for Anderson, I'd love to see him behind the two strikers, he just seems to be very good when he gets into that position.

Ha my mistake with regards to Vidic, he slipped my mind when i typed this - but ye of course he would start.

Would start Anderson in such a formation for me, mainly because he would give the mid-field trio a good balance being a left-footer, playing on the left side.

Kagawa could certainly start, but i won't rule out Chicharito becoming a more permanent starter in the future if he keeps up his current goal-scoring form.

Ye fair point.
