blaming de gea for the spurs game is stupid. Utd dropped so deep and invited so much pressure that a Spurs goal was inevitable. Moving Cleverley out wide was a terrible move.

Well, to be fair, he did deliver the cross for RvP's goal from there.

Yeah was a good ball in, but again Kyle Naughton was so far out of position (for the millionth time this season) that he may as well have been still on loan at Norwich and he'd have been closer to his man.

With Benny coming on for the last 30, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he's back in the starting XI for a while now.

Can't get my head round the fact that Bradford will be in the Europa League next season but the team who finishes 6th in the premiership won't be. What a joke.

Really? Do finalists get into the Europa League? Thought it was just the winner.

They deserve to win the Cup now though. This could be the start of something for Bradford, surely they'll get promoted to League One at least:p.

I'm sure it's the place goes to the runners-up if the team who wins it is already in Europe. Won't be the case with Swansea though only Chelsea.

Yeah they changed that rule Barmy. Unless of course you're implying they're now certs to win it. Pressure is really on Swansea now to finish the job against Chelsea and they'll be massive favourites for a European spot.

Yeah rule was changed and the league cup runners up spot goes to the league in instances of the winners already being in Europe. It was partly due to teams not taking it seriously enough.

it has been like that for ages.

Yeah I know it has Ste! :) They changed it during the time that a lot of lower end clubs were potentially sneaking into Europe and then getting knocked out. They even debated removing the spot all together due to the weakened teams the top few clubs kept putting out.

I don't really see why the League Cup should be taken any less seriously than the FA Cup. Bradford have done brilliantly and deserve a big day out at Wembley. It makes me more disappointed that we were so terrible in the quarter final against Villa as we probably won't get such a good chance to get to a major final again for a long time.

A Bradford vs Swansea fan is why the League Cup is in existence, I believe this is a chance for both to get some of their first silverware in the history, no? They aren't going to do that anywhere else and smaller teams deserve a chance. Bradford especially deserve it.

It is however pointless for teams like Chelsea and Liverpool, I'd also find it very disappointing if our first trophy in however many years is the Capitol One Cup...
