Ogbonna would've been a better replacement I reckon anyway. That guy is two CBs in one, your strong, tall guy who'll be in the box scoring goals for you from corners, and also your pacey guy to save your ass in counter attacks. Hummels will have a higher rating but I still think Ogbonna is better and far cheaper too.

I'd recommend Butland, I've played five or six games with him and he hasn't let in a goal yet. Cost me less than a mil. Grows to a nice player so he'll make you profit too.

Haven't got back on, but that's the plan, if the board sells him then I'm just gonna get Ogbonna(was gonna get him next summer anyways).

I requested 10 m and said I'd win the cup as opposed to just getting to the final, and get to the final of the European Cup as opposed to just getting to the knockout stage (which I had already acheived).

I'll probably win the treble though, even at 7th in the league, so maybe I should've promised that. I'm 13 points off the lead with a game in hand, the scripting towards the end of the game has screwed me over far too often.

Just made a HUGE mistake.

Barca offered 20 m for Gervinho. He was around 9 m value and had increased 1 rating point to 82. He was the PL's top assister. I asked for 25 m. They offered 21 m. I didn't take it and asked for 24 m. They obviously told me to fearsome tweak off, and they bought Balotelli instead.

Pissed, really wish I sold him now, could've gotten top quality talent with the money. 21 m for Gervinho, top assister or not, is once in a lifetime!

Hmm, Barca bought Balotelli in my save as well. However, luckily for me, they also bought Borini for 15m in the same window.

playing career mode with Liverpool and Hungary, absolutely bossing it on professional. Downing and Skrtel, who I found largely useless on FIFA 12 have been in great touch, getting 8+ game ratings each game. I ended up selling Suarez to Bayern Munich in the transfer window for 30 million, a good a deal if you ask me. I bought Neymar as a replacement, but he really isn't performing, dunno what to do about it really. Pepe Reina wants to leave for some reason as well, might poach Neuer next season, revenge for Suarez lol. My midfield is absolutely bossing it. Gerard, Sahin, Henderson, Cole and Allen (who have both grown to 80 overall) all rotate through. Career mode is so good, but it freezes all the time for me (on PS3), I hope they come out with a patch soon.

Managed to request 5 mil funds by saying that I'd reach the semi-final of the European Cup and that I'd win the cup.

Also finally sold Fabianski, and I have a lot of trade offers for Gibbs which have been accepted. So I have a decent kitty, I'm deciding between Adrian, Lamela and Leandro Damiao. I may also go for Di Natale, Henry and Seedorf as legendary bargain bin squad options. I'm looking to sell on Diaby as well, if I can get rid of him, then I can easily pick up the top class striker I've been looking for, probably Jovetic, Benzema or Higuain. I'll forget about the other guys I was targeting if I get enough.

Should be set to pick up Huntelaar or Llorente on a free in the summer too. Plus all my loanees will be back, I'll sell em all on and make a lot of money to spend.

I'm thinking of selling Alaba with Gibbs and buying Baines and Willems.

Still waiting for a better international offer too, Greece is the best I've been offered so far.

I believe there's a patch coming out VERY soon that'll fix all the problems.

Had an interesting transfer window, with a flurry of transfers on deadline day. Didn't get the versatile forward who can play at ST I wanted, leaving me thin there until Podolski recovers from his ACL rupture, for now I should be OK though with Giroud and Gervinho/Lamela as False 9s. Also had Bayern fishing around for Ben Arfa at 22 m, but I told them to kerpluck off.
