You have put it in the wrong place. need to be in 'my documents' then SI and the db folder in there.

After sending that file to you and it still not working, I have a strong feeling you might need to re-install your game im afraid.

- Reinstall game
- Restart computer
- Re-Download DB
- Delete other db's
