First off, apologies for the unimaginative name.
Now:

This is a tournament (or series of mini tournaments) across all 3 formats (T30, 50 Over, Test)
The one twist is that although 3 separate squads are allowed for the 3 formats, due to the packed schedule, injuries occur and therefore it is essential to rest players.

Teams available:
The Ashes (Made up of Australia and England)
Asia (Made up of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh)
Rest of the World (Made up of South Africa, West Indies, New Zealand and Zimbabwe)
ICC Legends (Made up of retired players from test playing nations (Their age and length into retirement affects skill level))
