India must be surely regretting now that they didn't let Pathan play.
Pathan has been bowling crap of late. He was asked to go and play in domestic cricket. He didnt do well, even there.
And why are you so certain that when top order batsmen couldnt score 50 runs, he would have managed 50 or 60?

Too bad. Zaheer Khan wanted to hit those sixes.
He was probably confused when he saw someone in a blue tee bowling to him. I give Munaf three balls.

And on a side note, I guess the World Cup wasn't fixed, huh?

I don't know. I thought Uthappa had a good measure of him until he took that stinger of a catch.
He bowled with attacking field to Uthappa. Two slips and Sangakara was standing up to the wickets.

Yeah, but Sri Lanka weren't beating the bat at all early on in the innings. To be honest, it was Ganguly's high-temper nothing shot that started the collapse.

We do have a Greame Smith. The name is Amol Muzumdar.

Frankly, if I were the selector, my team would be(in batting order)

1. Saurav Ganguly
2. Sachin Tendulkar
3. Gautam Gambhir/Yuvraj(If Yuvraj plays, then Dravid at No. 3)
4. Amol Muzumdar(CAPTAIN)
5. Dinesh Mongia
6. Rahul Dravid
7. Dinesh Karthik
8. Ramesh Powar
9. Ajit Agarkar
10. Zaheer Khan
11. Munaf Patel

Subs- Ranadeb Bose, Harbhajan, Nehra(if he is fit), VVS Laxman
