India have really made some inroads into NZ batting. Loss their big stars in McCullum, Vincent and Taylor as well. This partnership is the key Oram and Macca the last remaining big hitters.

If I were NZ, I'd be dropping McCullum down the order & bring Oram up to number 4.

I agree McCullum does much better down the order. Oram is just awesome his power hitting is amazing. Macca is doing well today really enjoying his hitting.

india were quite stupid bowling at the end with sreesanth and agarkar, they bowled on a lentgh time and time again, and got smacked every ball, but nooooo, we can't bowl yorkers..., we'll just bowl long hops and deliveries on a good lentgh.

hmmm Almost 100 runs in last 7 overs that too after early 5 wickets. Simply shocked to see that Agarkar's and Sree's over with 4's and 6's. Well done Kiwis.. I don't think India can cross 160 first. Lets see.

I do not expect India to chase down this score, 190 is a mammoth total and India will need two or more batsman to seriously fire - I just don't see it happening. However, I am optimistic that India can give it a good shot.

Also, you cannot describe the smile on my face when Pathan hit 84mph, but why was Dhoni standing up to the stumps to him, forcing him to consistantly bowl cutters?

But seriously, i don't understand why our bowlers often forget blockholes and Yorkers.. Also i guess, a good bouncers wouldn't have come too..These are the basics for any bowlers. What a beautiful bowling coach we have.. Hats off to him. :cool:
