Any player from England’s top 6 can almost singlehandedly lead this side in a chase of 240 though, Boult needs all the help from other bowlers here. The pitch seems to have slowed down a bit now but I’m unsure if it’ll play a significant role.

The partnership between Roscoe and Latham might have cost NZ here, Rashid was quite poor initially and Roscoe should have continued that momentum instead of playing so slowly. NZ definitely 20-30 runs short here but I did say this in the previous game and they proved me wrong there.
