India in England/Ireland/Scotland

The ball has to be over head height for it to be a no-ball, not head height. So you've actually just explained why it was a legal delivery. Either way, he didn't hit it and should have been given out.

was that 'should' or 'shouldnt'?

i know Bell is anchoring the innings ..but 54 off 85 balls is a little pedestrian..

EDIT Bopara out..

Wait a minute. As far as I know, a no-ball is given when the ball is above the batsman's shoulder if it pitches and above waist height if its a full toss

It was above shoulder height for Tendulkar.

Edit: Munaf strikes. Bopara GONE! Chak De India!

interesting....Justin langer is commentating on the radio, and is basically blaming the other batsmen throwing the wkts away on Bell for scoring to slow..

have to admitt he's got totally bogged down..maybe he's batting for the draw :p

Ahh sorry i have seen the new website now...woodworm i mean.

Despite losing this game almost certainly now its one of the few times i can remember being proud of us for giving it a good go. The only other time we've shown spirit like this was the World cup game against sri lanka and i just thought id posting saying we had a good go and we should all be proud of the effort.

Munaf Patel took a catch :O wow

haha anyways good job by young piyush in this match...we started out really really bad and have pulled it back a bit now

They should replace Agarkar with Patel in the following match.

Have Zaheer, Patel, and RP

wow this is the first 50 over game i think ive every enjoyed.
