India in England/Ireland/Scotland

sachin taking risks..
By the way the ground is playing, it would seem necessary. He's hit some very nice shots through the offside for no reward. They didn't really work all that hard to get Ganguly, on a bad day all those short deliveries would have been chaff.

India will just be hoping it's not a morning session thing and end up getting swamped in the chase. Or that the prediction of turn is prophetic.

Dravid gone, his defences cleft in twain.

with freddie bowling the middle overs makes batting V england a whole different prospect..

should sneak some overs out of dimi and monty now, cos they won't be takign any risks for a while now

sachin out...

could this be the most 1-sided game of the series ?

Once again, I wonder why Dravid chose to bat first when conditions clearly supported seam bowling. Some strange captaincy in this series from him.

The Dravid decision was correct i thought. The Tendulkar one was abit dodgy, but you can see why the umpire gave it out. At full speed, with the noise it did look out. It was a fantastic ball from Freddie and there was a noise, it wasnt a shocking decision by any means.

I feel Yuvraj and Uthappa will last a while though, the wicket rout wont continue, not for a while at least. 100 partnership i am predicting.

As rightly said by the commentators, " This series would be remembered for a long time not because of either India or England.. but because of the bad umpiring ". Hats off to umpires these days

lots of boo-ing going on..
Deservedly as well.
Two legends playing for the last time in England and at the home of Cricket in Lords.
Just because of horrid umpiring they've cut short the chances of these two to put up a show are ruined.

Great hit for Yuvi. Give that out too Aleem? Because a person in the crow'd might have caught it.
And Sachin has missed that by a mile.

Tendulkars the moment yu heard it you knew it was pad, it just sounded like it does every time theres bat on pad. Dravids was right though and i don't care about whether its right as long as it goes Englands way :)

interesting fact i just heard..

if no one makes a century in this match for india..only Kumble will have made a 100 on the whole tour including 3 tests and 7 ODI..

would have gotten long long odds on that...
