India in England/Ireland/Scotland

Prior is also out for a duck! :laugh This match is now interesting.

Disapointed to see Cook dropped as opener over Prior.
Prior seems incapable of taking advantage of the powerplays & doesn't look like he has it in him to score a ODI century whilst I think Cook plays better then him playing normal standard cricket.
Prior looks like a player who can only play aggressively in Test Matches.

Prior gone for a duck, lol.

Maybe this could turn into one of those low scoring tense matches.

I feel dropping Cook is a good move. We have 2 aggressive openers at the top of the order, and maybe having Wright supporting him will suit Prior. Prior feels, with Cook that he has to push on and be aggressive, but with Luke Wright at the top with him, we can see Prior try and bat a good few overs and get a big score behind him. A big score should put an end to any selection worries he has. I think its a good selection.

I think what is more likely is that both Prior and Wright will get out for low scores.

Hey-oh!

HAHAHAHA. Wooohooo!!! Get in.

Why the hell did Agarkar and Munaf play instead of RP ??
Selectors might have been afraid of two somewhat similar left armers, but it's probably something stupid like determining bowlers to be ODI specialists or not.

i know it sounds easy, but england just have to bat for 50 overs..

think maybe wright should have taken a look at the bowling before going after it....but hey he's young he'll learn

Hasn't this got all the trademarks of a classic England collapse? It'll be a close game whatever happens, although the stage is set for either Pietersen or Flintoff to smash a match winning innings. They probably won't but the stage is set for them:p.

It was a good bowling performance, however, I wonder if our struggle to finish them off could cost us. Well played Dhoni.

Bell has been pretty impressive in this series. He will be missed in the Twenty20 World Cup. Somehow it feels strange now that England didn't include him in the Twenty20 squad.

You never know. If a new batsman comes in he might struggle cause of the conditions. The Indian batsmen did.
