Really poor team selection (deja vu?)! Why was Samson and Karn Sharma not given a chance even in a dead rubber? Playing Yadav is the only change you can make for a dead rubber?

Of course the Dhoni brigade will now come out in full flow and start defending his decision to not play Samson and Karn. But with the series in the pocket and with the World Cup looming in less than 6 months (it starts February 14th), why on earth would you not give a chance to the likes of Samson?

Root is certainly impressive, but the bowlers did well too especially moeenalitharan, its time our batsman played him better.
