Wow, really disappointed how many Indian fans I see saying they lost because of D/L (not here btw on cricinfo and other forums). How hard is it for people to grasp that we were awarded the extra runs because we batted for 33 overs as if it were a 50 over innings.

Do feel sorry for you Indian fans though, Ishant should buy some lotto tickets or something given how lucky he has been to retain his spot. Also the difference in the end was probably how slow Dhawan and Rohit started, had they been more attacking you guys probably would have won with overs to spare.

dhawan is definitely under the micro-scope now and that does hurt you in a quick chase as he's concerned about score he makes than the rate.

He was praising Bhuvi and Shami. Ishant didn't bowl at the death overs.

At least bring in Varun Aaron in the next game..Its not good to keep a good seamer in the squad and give him no opportunity .

Yes, the time has come to replace Ishant. He is just an ordinary bowler.
Also, Ashwin should be replaced by Mishra.

India always play with 3/4. Most probably Kohli. Team spirit does appears only if a big competition is going around... We are habitants of it and another habit is we always support 11 without caring of failing sevens.

Mishra could be helpfull as he is a leggie who could pick up wickets.But in international level he has been frustrating

I have never liked Dhoni the batsman's approach but it seems that Dhoni the captain is getting into the same mold. Aaron and Yadav needs to be there no matter how they are performing, at least they will gain much needed experience to play international matches overseas.
