Indian Domestic Cricket

What is the youngest you think a FC debutant can be aged? 16? 15? Try 12. Yep, this is from the same Bihar scandal thingy that's been going on.

And he actually seems to have been picked partially on merit: he scored 2 50s in 6 inns, in a U19 quadrangular series including Bangladesh and England

There’s reports of him being fourteen but that is still wild.

Oh hey this guy is the godfather of our T20 saviour PCCS

And officially it has begun. Being so young myself, I am finally beginning to see kids even younger than me play professional cricket. I knew that era would come by now and it has. Farhan Ahmed from England U19, That Hong Kong kid born in 2008 and now this.

From the pic (if he is indeed him) he doesn't appear to be 12 but stranger things have happened. In any case, it's unbelievable that people are making Ranji debuts at such a young age.

Riyan Parag has been playing exceptional cricket for Assam. If he becomes level headed in his mind, he might have a future with the national side.

He’s been in Cricket 07 mode with Assam ever since his breakout.

One solid IPL could easily get him Indian honours and some bloke to knock some sense into him.

I wish Warnie was still alive and running the Royals. He would have groomed him so well. Look how Jadeja turned out.

He should move away from Royals and go to Chennai or Mumbai. He ll find better mentors to be around who would calm him down.

Days after this, Vihari steps down as captain...or was made to step down...

Hol’ up, if personal milestones exist no more and they’re supposed to be team milestones… shouldn’t the team be clapping for Bhui’s century in unison instead of refusing to do so?

Literally Harpreet Brar was called into Indian squad once after a good IPL and players like Shahbaz, Patidar and Kuldeep Sen made it too after a good IPL (and domestic, which Riyan has), Parag seriously does need only one good IPL which he has failed to have in so many years, and he's probably in the reckonings.
