3 back to back 50’s for Gaikwad, 3 back to back win for CSK. Also good on Dhoni clarifying ahead of time that he is going to be around next season.

Thank you CSK for giving us KKR a slight chance. Now fate in our hand as well as Mumbai Indians.

I am worried Mumbai might just loose due to the fact that they are playing in Sharjah and we saw how dominant SRH were on the slow pitch. However MI’s bowling is better compared to RCB.

I guess we'll play a second string XI v SRH giving the ones who played all the games a fair and we'll deserved rest seeing that we've sealed the top spot.
After BCCI assessing Rohit today, he might play the next game most probably.

55 runs were scored in the powerplay by Kolkata. Out of this, four overs went for 52 runs. The remaining two overs were bowled by Jofra. And he also took the wicket of Kolkata's best batsman last game.

Rabada may very well win the purple cap or even Bumrah but for me the best bowler this season has been Archer for bowling consistent, match winning spells and carrying the bowling department almost entirely on his own sometimes.

That 21 over has forced Smith to bring back Archer! Will be interesting to see how much we score. I think we need a minimum of 180 and anything less we have no chance of winning with dew being a major factor.

Also DK’s wicket just shows what kind of year he has had. Feel bad for him. Yes he has never set world on fire but he was never gona set the world on fire. He was going to give you a 10 ball 24-26!

I hope he keeps his head high like he has done throughout his career and come back stronger next year for whichever franchise he plays for.

I predict them to lose with this approach. Can't rely on Kolkata being so bad that they can chase it down in thirteen overs.

I actually don't mind it. It's their last match. There's nothing to lose and everything to gain. Worst case scenario: They end up at #8. Best case: They make the playoffs and even win the tournament. I would like to see players give it all in such a case.

Brainless batting this by RR pretty much sums up their season.

Unsettled batting order brainless decision like in one game bowling Undakat the penultimate over before Archer, opening with Stokes is still a bad move (yeah he did well score a ton as well) but the batting order overall seems Shambles.

2 out of 6 games they have won is because of Tewatia heroics otherwise for a Solid looking side on paper was a pretty ordinary season.
