Is it just me or has the IPL actually become very boring? Its kinda reminiscent of the CWC2007 with a long, drawn out tournament that doesnt seem to have any end in sight.

I checked out about a week ago. Even before that I'd just been putting on the last 25 minutes of a match. Usually happens to me when teams start playing each other again. And the BCCI want another month, I'm guessing.

To be fairly honest I don't like terms like God or Thala being used for Cricketers. Sounds as if there are no other players that exists and the game revolves around only these players.

I really feel for Bairstow. Inspite of being one of the best openers in white ball cricket, he's always been in a traffic jam in his IPL teams. Punjab have no option but to open with Monk and Dhawan. Bairstow's departure will free up some money through which they can buy themselves another foreign bowler or all rounder. But, I feel they are by far and distance the most talented team in the IPL currently. They fell into the media trap of "control your aggression."

They have benched 9 crores of SRK. Just mind numbing things about the IPL!

We need to be counting the margin of loss now. It's been that kind of season for us. Pretty sure Tilak Varma would come to rescue once again while rest of the batting would just collapse like usual.
