Badri > Yuvi/Raina

It's sad how India's test side could be a lot better than it is.

Pujara > Kohli > Badri > Yuvraj > Raina

I agree. It could be better than it is. The selectors fked up at Nagpur too when they selected Saha as a wicket keeper and we had to play him as a batsman. We ended up playing two newbies in Badri and Saha.

"Laxman will save India as usual" but that doesn't mean "Tendulkar isn't a choker"

I see what happen there.. *Fixed*

I should hope so, he just looks incapable of dealing with a short ball. Is Pujara any better? they're better picking someone with a worse record that can actually play a short ball. Otherwise it means SA have it too easy formulating their bowling plan.

Pujara is a technically very sound batsman, and I back him to face up to the short balls much much better than Suresh Raina. Pujara is kind of like Rahul Dravid, the guy who is technically very solid. We dont need Raina's fielding that much in tests (Pujara is a good fielder too, though not as brilliant as Raina).

Praying for a miraculous Indian escape! Hope God helps us here at Centurion. WE WANT RAIN IN HEAPS!!:D

I concur completely. If we keep feeding him with opportunities in Test cricket, he has the potential to turn out to be the terra firma on which our middle order would stand once the likes of Sachin, Laxman and Dravid hang up their boots. It's high time we start looking for replacements unless we want to be left with a crater size hole in the Test batting order soon.
India will probably play just two Test series next year (in England and West Indies) and it is imperative on part of the selectors to scout for young bloods in the limited number of games that we'd play as I predict Dravid and Laxman, and possibly even Sachin, retiring by 2012 if not earlier.

Sreesanth GONE!! One more wicket left. SA will wrap this up pretty soon. Feel so sad! WHERE'S THE RAIN WHEN WE NEED IT?:mad:p

Trail by 28 runs.

Debutant 19 YO number 11 at the other end.

Best bowler in the world bowling.

First ball...you take a single.

Wow. That is disappointing. Especially by Sachin

What are Sachin's tactics here? Why is he taking singles off the first ball? That over which he did, Sreesanth got out. Now another one, hope Unadkat doesnt get out too.

Like Unadkat's way of dealing with bouncers. Keeps his eyes on the ball. Can prove to be a useful tailender in future.

Why isn't Tendulkar even trying to farm the strike, at least avoid an innings defeat... Laxman is way better with the tailenders.

I guess Sachin has resigned to the fact that we are going to lose anyway.

WTF is Sachin doing?

He keep taking singles in the 1st ball of the over by both Steyn and Morkel.
