I just checked the scores. Another great day it was for Sri Lanka. A bit shame that rain had to ruin some play.

Muralitharan was possibly right. He needed only one Test to grab the 8 Test wickets. He needs two more wickets and he is capable of doing it.

I am guessing tomorrow whole Sri Lanka will be watching to see whether Muralitharan will get his 800th Test wicket or not. Also because of watching the last scenes of his Test career.

Good thing of Sangakkara is that he has mixed up his bowlers during the match. He made use of six bowlers, so didn't put the workload on only four bowlers.

Why did they include Yuvraj Singh into the Test side? He was in bad form in the ODIs and T20s (the format he's best at) so he was dropped and now he gets picked in the Test side (the format he's not so good at). I would have given Raina a shot.

Yuvraj has done well in this test with a 50 and also got a hundred in the tour match. Yes, it was more of a selection based on his reputation but he hasnt done anything so far to say its a ridiculous one.

I guess Yuvi batted extremely well against Mendis (who played) in the tour game. He was hitting Mendis quite well in that game where Mendis was bowling really well. I know we could have tried other options for him, but so far Yuvi hasnt set a foot wrong yet. So lets wait till he does that

one guy that murali owes a lot to is jayawardene's slip fielding. he hardly ever makes a mistake, whoever takes over the roll as sri lanka's lead spinner will have a master to work with there.

Yeah, as if people really cared. Tendulkar should have kicked on for more. There was a good chance to save the match and Sachin missed it.

Hope Harbhajan continues his good batting display of recent times and helps us to safety along with Laxman and Dhoni.
