HOW EMBARASSING! Is Laxman that clueless against Murali? This was the same guy that made Warne look mediocre in that 2001 classic series. Anyways, Mithun seems to be batting well and is on 25. Looks like he has had a good test match debut (4 wkts and now a good batting outing). He might be instrumental in avoiding the innings defeat here.

Bad defeat for India. Something about Sri Lanka that ignites the home team. They look absolutely horrendous when they come outside, but in Sri Lanka, they still look very good. Hope they can continue the same and even better without Murali.

Seeing the way Mithun and Sharma have batted, Dhoni must be kicking himself (in fact the other batsmen who got out cheaply yday too). This was there to be saved, but we will not be doing it for all practical purposes. Hope we take the positives out of this game and improve upon it. That first day batting by Sri Lanka buried us. Next test, Mendis could be back and he loves bowling in SL against us. So "All is not well".

India shouldn't care. They should look to resist him as much as possible. Again I say, we are not here for charity. Laxman or the others should not get out to Murali and should be happy if they get out to Malinga or others. Let Murali be legend, the game is competitive.
