I really can't understand how Sehwag keeps his balance when driving outside off-stump without any foot work and at the same time gets perfectly behind the ball.

Great batting from india to say the least, both batsmen were looking solid today and I enjoyed watching the match.

Well, I just loves it when Sehwag plays that off-drive, how he manages it is simply amazing.

Well played Sehwag. He is a TERROR!!! Amazing batsman. Proves all theories wrong. If he and Sachin can bat long enough and take us to a lead, we can still win this test (Sehwag with his scoring rate can open chances for us, but he has to stay there for long). Good from Ojha to pick up 4 wkts. Sharma also got 3 wkts at a very good EC rate of 3.13.

Raina and Laxman need to carry on though. If anyone of them gets out Dhoni will come in and I don't have high hopes on him with such bowling by SL.

Good partnership between Raina and Laxman to take India to 282/4 at lunch. Raina is batting beautifully and the confidence from his hundred at SSC seems to be showing. It was the right decision by Dhoni to retain Raina instead of Yuvraj. The way Raina batted against the short balls at SSC, the SL bowlers didnt attempt much of it here against him and its working well for him. Disappointed that Sachin couldnt go on for more runs. I knew Viru would be out anytime after start of play.

Hope we can level scores with SL at a minimum (a lead would be fantastic). We have to bat last on this pitch.

Honestly Sachin's dismissal didn't look too convincing.

Laxman gone just when things were looking up for India. Trailing by 121 runs, we needed Laxman and Raina to stay there atleast until the deficit reached 50 or below. Now with Dhoni in (and no one after that, only Mishra can hang on), we are in serious trouble of conceding a lead of 80+ if Dhoni or Raina get out soon. Any lead over 25 runs and SL are favorites to win this.

Edit: India sink into deeper trouble! Raina GONE!! Sri Lanka are favorites to win the series 2-0.
