Indian Tour of Sri Lanka & Triangular Series, July-August 2010

I just came in time to watch Sri Lanka win the match by 10 wickets.

I've been checking down the commentary of the India innings and I see Muralitharan had one shot left to get his 800th Test wicket and he grabbed that one. Talk about efficiency.

He probably will be the Man of the Match also.

sour grapes

:laugh Yes I know it seems that way but all I've been hearing is Murali Murali Murali. Now he's got his 800 wickets. I'm glad he got it, don't get me wrong. But it'll be nice to hear about something other than Murali.

I really want the Man of the Match award to go to Malinga but in a likeliness it's going to be given to Murali. They both deserve one IMO.

Well done Murali he got 800, do you reckon if he got 799 he would have still retired?

I have my doubts but congrats

Finally the match presentation started. About 50 minutes after the match has ended.

Sangakkara, Paranavitana, Malinga and Muralitharan were the performers on Sri Lankan side, but I am sure the Man of the Match will go to Muralitharan.

A good thing that they didn't go with the obvious and handed Malinga the Man of the Match award.

Sri lanka - India test series- India's bowling that bad?

Sanjay manjrekar says india's bowling is so weak that it can only win the test match batting first

Do you agree with him?

i dont think so india's bowling was very bad, the seamers did a decent job as abmanyu mithun took 4 wicket which ise pretty good and ishant looked a bit dangerous in the start of the third day, spinner were horrible although virender sehwag picked up a wicket and there were a few sharp turns from ojha

India's bowling isnt that weak that they only have to depend on the toss:noway

India deserved to lose, only 2 seamers = fail.

that number 1 ranking will be history by the end of this series
