Story India's International Season [C2005]

Great story Sai! Enjoyed reading it.

India- 102/5 in 21 overs. Horrible batting by the Indian. Hope Viru and Dhoni will do something.

Sorry, an error! The last man out was Sehwag for 44, not Kaif! Kaif is not out there still with Dhoni!

This is even more wose that sehwag is gone. I think sehwag was well set and looking good. India is now in really big trouble. I hope the Indian total doesnot turn out to be same as against NZ in real videocon series.

Below average batting performance by India

India bowled out for 192 - Vettori picks 4 wickets!

India have come up with another mediocre performance with the bat as they have been bundled out for 192 runs by New Zealand in the second match of the tri series in Bulawayo. Vettori was the pick of the bowlers picking up 4 wickets (off 15 overs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Sehwag was the top scorer today with 44 runs. After India were 102/5, Dhoni was out LBW to Vettori who today bowled menacingly with venom spitting on the Indian batsmen. No batsman had a clue to Vettori's bowling today. Next, Kaif and Pathan forged a small useful partnership of 30 runs before Kaif was caught off Vettori by Mc Cullam behind the wicket. Pathan and Agarkar put on 21 before Pathan was again caught behind by Mc Mullum off Vettori. Agarkar and Harbhajan then swung their bats around and got lucky but valuable runs before Agarkar was run out dreadfully at the non striker's end. Agarkar didnt slide his bat in as he was a few inches short of his ground. The last man out was Nehra who was bowled by Mc Millan.

Vettori picked 4 wickets and bowled an amazing spell of 15 overs for 18 runs (this crappy game has this stupid bug of bowling 15 overs in ODI's!!). Mc Millan also had the same bug of bowling 11.2 overs and picked up 2 wickets. Bond, Tuffey and Butler were costly today but the bowlers as a whole have done the job for New Zealand.

New Zealand now require 193 runs to go 2-0 up in this tri series against India and Zimbabwe. Should be a very easy task though the Indian bowlers cant ever be discounted as they are in top form these days after their exploits in Sri Lanka!

This is dreadful batting by India. They should have made more. Now Indian bowlers are also under a lot of pressure. Things are looking very tuff for India right now. Indian top order needs to deliver more with the bat if they want to stand a chance against NZ.

Vettori bowled 15 overs
I hate this game when bugs like this occur and that too with bowlers who are giving runs at 1 run per over and has also picked up crucial wickets.

Great story. If only Sehwag had made a big score. Harbhajan needs a really big performance

You autoplayed???

In C2K4 this doesn't happen unless you autoplay, and if you didn't, didn't you re-load the game once this happened, or use the gaMCHanger?

no one was able to put their hands up for india there. well bowled by vettori. his 15 overs were pure gold :p. great start to the story sai. good to have you back

No. I didnt autoplay at all. I re-loaded the game often because I had other work to do at home too.

How do you use gaMCHanger to avoid this bug? Tell me plz... I was getting frustrated at Vettori going beyond the 10 overs because he was menacing to bat against for the Indian batsmen!
