I think Hawk Eye and Hot Spot and Snicko, owners before the start of the series got together in a dark alley and paid the umpires to give such rotten decisions that India just give in and accept DRS. I think these umps could nail a few more before the end of play.

Are umpires being paid to force India to take the DRS? Ever since this DRS debate started, worldwide umpiring has been on serious decline, more so in India games where it has been ridiculous.

Umpiring these days is really declining.
I mean there was a time when umpires din't even had glasses to shield the light but still they did a pretty good job. But ever since Technology was introduced , the status of Onfield Umpiring has just been ravishing.
They check for noballs on every other wicket , dont even dare to give the stumpings or run outs themselves unless there is a difference of a mile.

What the hell is the point of a third umpire when he simply can't tell the batsman to wait if given out incorrectly and overturn the decision. The third umpire clearly sees everything from different angles. So why instead of DRS can't they just do that.

Like I said, every wicket should be automatically reviewed by the 3rd umpire in the time it takes for the batsman given out to leave the pitch.

Yeah that's the most obvious thing to do and.yet they don't do it. Why don't they do it?

I don`t know how long can we hold out the DRS. Its getting to a point where we are starting to have test matches go against us due to bad decisions. Auckland and Adelaide could`ve been very different with the DRS but the BCCI is keeping it out with its own ego. Serves us right.

We can't expect kohli to get a 100 every game or every inning. Others need to contribute that's why cricket is a team game. It's time rohit sharma steps up even though he won't. I hate to see us ruin the position we were in. We need atleast 350 I would say.
