Sincere advice to Pujara - start finding a different profession or a different skill (which is spectacular) because here you have a captain who is willing to sacrifice his own batting spot to accommodate a certain player who is fighting against you for a spot in the team. Dhawan and Rohit are sitting ducks who will be ruthlessly exposed in conditions like England, Australia, SA and other places where their teams are decent enough. The value of a test match batsman who can eat up balls, soak pressure and wear the opposition out is fast dying. Hope the same fate doesn't befall Vijay. To me, Pujara is sitting out for quite sometime now unless someone gets injured. Kohli is starting to give the impression of living by the sword. Those who live by the sword, will well.......die by it. He has been a huge flop this test but it will go unnoticed due to the victory... Well let him live on.

Good effort from the bowlers. Wiped WI out well enough. I still think Mishra should have played this test. He probably would have scored more than what Jadeja did and probably picked up more wickets too.

Now see Rohit will be in team. I think Mumbai Indians have paid so much to Kohli to give Rohit stardom in test as well. If I get equal chance, I would have been great player. Yeah. That is true. What I think is as dhawan had performed well in first match and Rahul in previous match they didn't want to drop either of them. But ya, Vijay should be ahead as he is our best test player.

Its not just Kohli who wants Rohit in the team - he is being blinded by the "aggressive approach" schtick. But even without Kohli, there has always been this soft approach towards Rohit by all corners - captains, selectors, former players. Yesterday Gavaskar was gushing about how Rohit has simply been unlucky in not getting big scores in tests

Pujara despite all his hardwork is always over shadowed (much like Dravid was) because people these days would rather have a batsman who scores 100 in 150 balls once every 10 innings and score in single digits for the rest, than have a player who scores 100 in 200 balls once every 10 innings and score 30-40 in 100 balls for the rest.

This test has swung rapidly after rain threatened a no-show. Bhuvi was brilliant and can classify that as a "comeback" from him. I still agree with Adi that Bhuvi can be a luxury in conditions that don't favor swing (which is a lot of places other than Eng and NZ, maybe). But full marks to him for taking the challenge up and showing that he still has it.

Good innings from Rahane and as expected, Kohli brings out that inspired declaration showing intent to win. I still am very disappointed with the kind of team changes that Kohli did for this match, but that declaration was heartening. That's what we want from him. WI are 38/3 now and India 7 wkts away from victory. Hope they can wrap it up and seal the series here.

Kohli will keep batting at 3 were his average is 26.79 in last 7 innings.His aim to not to selects pujara in the Indian team ''EVER'. all great player bats at 4 and succeed. he will bats at 3 again at sabina park so rohit get selected and pujara sits out, he had Rifts with him for many reasons

Rohit must smile himself now coz he has good opportunity when Vijay's previous record in WI poor as well is his injury 76 runs in 7 innings in WI.
3rd test he was fit and ready to play even at 4 or any number but VK has new idea for Rohit at 5 vs NZ and Vs England at home.No doubt India need Vijay or pujara at home vs Boult and Anderson.

K.Rahul 's selection in Indian sub continent test matches will be Big problem for Indian selector.VK should not forget PUJARAS 145 not out
Gave India victory.not only that, but pujara stays at the wicket much longer than virat and removes shines of ball which benefits our middle order to pile up runs from over number 45 til 80.Last test without CP India were 126 for 5, he also took some impossible catches @ forward short Leg.

A good win to the team and altogather 9 consecutive victories for Virat Kohli as a test captain. The top order failed to deliver and Ashwin showed why he was promoted up the order.

Bowling & fielding was decent except few drop chances which doesn't matter after winning the game. Rohit might play the next game while Pujara have to wait for few more weeks to make it to the team. I personnally liked the way Bhuvi bowled all the way through his comeback game.

Dhawan is a waste and good for nothing. He does some sort of gambling like playing worse throughout the series and play a knock of 70+ runs and secure his place for the next series. I don't know why is he even being picked by the selectors even though he failed all the way of his IPL and T20 WC matches. I do want to see the duo of Vijay - Rahul play test match as openers. Even Gambhir or Sehwag didn't get so many chance which Dhawan is getting. No matter whether he scores some runs or not. Drop him and make him to play domestic games just like they did for so many openers like Uthappa, Gambhir, Sehwag etc...

Actually Sehwag did get a lot more chances than Dhawan has gotten, but for good reason - we used to bet on Sehwag because he was truly a game changer and could change the face of the game in one session. Dhawan on the other hand, despite promising great things initially as an aggressive opener, has fizzled out. He "worked" on his game and did play a couple of really good (and chancy) long innings where he grafted when it was needed. But he keeps getting out to poor shots and simply lacks the technique for a good defensive game. He is also not blessed with natural hand-eye coordination like Sehwag was, so his aggressive game is lacking.

And still, I would rather have him in the team over Rohit even though, supposedly, Rohit is blessed with unbound natural talent which everyone but the fans can see
