Am going to list a proposed schedule of international tours in 1991/2.
I would like to stick to real life as much as possible for ease of organising, but will add other tours in between where I and the managers see fit.
For now here is the list, feel free to give suggestions for additions or amendments.

Proposed Tours for 1991/2 -

Pakistan to South Africa - 2 Tests, 3 ODIs
West Indies to Sri Lanka - 2 Tests, 3 ODIs
Australia to Zimbabwe - 2 Tests, 3 ODIs
South Africa to India - 2 Tests, 3 ODIs
England to New Zealand - 3 Tests, 3 ODIs
Sri Lanka to Pakistan - 3 Tests, 3 ODIs
India to Australia - 5 Tests, 5 ODIs

ODI World Cup in Australia/New Zealand

South Africa to West Indies - 3 Tests, 3 ODIs
New Zealand to West Indies - 2 Tests, 3 ODIs
Zimbabwe to England - 2 Tests, 3 ODIs
Pakistan to England - 5 Tests, 5 ODIs

Proposed A Tours for 1991/2

Pakistan A to Australia
England A to West Indies
Sri Lanka A to England

Sr Lanka. Vaas and Murali not yet available?
@Jack Ryder

Murali toured England with Sri Lanka in 1991, and Wisden said he showed potential, but he did not make his international debut until the 1992/3 series v Aus.
He will be available in 1991/2 for tour matches and A games, if you want to pick him in the International squad for experience you can, but he won't play outside of warmup games unless the other spinners in the pecking order are all injured, which is highly unlikely.
From 1992/3 v Australia you will be free to pick him in any match you like.
Same goes for Vaas, he made his first class debut in 1990/1, but won't be available for you for international selection until 1993/4 when he debuted in ODIs v India.
Am trying to stick to the squads available at the time where possible, to ensure some of the lesser lights at the time get a chance.
A tours will give a chance for players like Vaas and Murali to shine, and I will organise one for you at least once per season to try out some players who were active in First Class or List A cricket but not yet full internationals at the time.
Hope this is ok with you, Sri Lanka should be a major force by their 2nd or 3rd season with the addition of Vaas and Murali to their bowling attack.

@Jack Ryder

Your first proposed series is at Home v West Indies in August 1991/2.

If you would like to choose a 14 man Sri Lanka A squad for a 3 day Tour match v West Indies you can.

Feel free to pick any of the players from either 1991/2 Sri Lankan available players list I have listed above for the match.
Vaas and Murali are both available for this match, but will not be available for the full international games unless there is a freak injury run amongst your other options.
I will let you know the Pitch and Weather conditions before you finalise your XI.

I didn't know about that hence asked.

@CerealKiller

I have proposed a 2 Test and 3 ODI tour of Sri Lanka for the West Indies in August 1991/2

If you have no objections, please choose a 17 man West Indies squad for the tour from the available players listed above.
As it is a short tour, you only need 1 Wicket Keeper, but can choose a 2nd if you like to take your squad to 18 players.
