Pup showed modi his status that penny cannot afford his services and he is commited to Cricket Australia more.

Aight so Mumbai got Duminy and Rajasthan got Tait.

wow Freddie gets 1.55 million, he might come out fired up tomorrow against the West Indies...

KP got the same price I hear, not surprising as both have that x-factor. JP 950k is well deserved for his recent form and he should go very well if he continues his form.

Crazy talk to say Clarke would get near 1 million. Haddin wasn't even bidded on, heh. D

uminy is such an asset, such a good all round performer. Can't be surprised with that price.

YES! Chennai get Flintoff!! Eat that, WC! :p

Flintoff - $1.55M - Chennai Superkings
Pietersen - $1.55M - Bangalore Royal Challengers
JP Duminy - $950,000 - Mumbai Indians
Tait - $375,000 - Rajasthan Royals
Shah - $275,000 - Delhi Daredevils
Collingwood - $275,000 - Delhi Daredevils
Edwards - $150,000 - Deccan Chargers

Kapugedera, Clark, Haddin still unsold. Reckon' Haddin might end up going to Rajasthan as well, since Akmal won't be coming back and they might want an oversea's keeper. Plus Warne likes his Aussies!;).

Smart picks from everyone tbh. Flintoff makes our side just so balanced with his inclusion, he gives a huge boost to our bowling and our batting got even more explosive. BRC get KP as I predicted, and boy do they need him. Wouldn't be surprised if he was asked to captain the team. Has Rahul Dravid lost Icon Status? If not, he would be a happy man, he earns 15% more then anyone in the team, and after Bangalore dropped the bomb on KP, Dravid got even richer!

IMO Delhi still the team to be in terms of star value - Sehwag, Gambhir, de Villiers, Dilshan, Shah, Collingwood, Warner, McGrath, Karthik, Tiwary... I think they'll semi this time.

Tait was a big buy IMO for Rajasthan. They've replaced Tanvir without any problems at all. Especially with his pace, the local Indian lads haven't played much over 140k's so Tait will do a lot of damage. I predict him getting the purple cap if Rajasthan final again.

$950k is a bit too much on Duminy I feel. I don't think he'll come good, even though he's an awesome player I think its a bit too much for him.

I predict Tait getting hurt before he has a chance of getting the cap. Good to see Edwards being signed but I'm not sure how effective he will be and how his body will hold up.

Troy Henderson, someone I haven't personally heard of, goes to Rajasthan for 650k!

Bopara to Punjab for $450k, Chennai were looking for him it seems. Surprising that no one bidded for Luke Wright, very handy bowler and an explosive batsman. Wouldn't have minded him over at Chennai, especially if we got him for around ~150k.

Chennai have bought thushara too.
It'll be interesting to see whether albie or flintoff will be playing.

Both of them will. Ntini will have to sit out, and either Hayden or Hussey depending on the situation.

At least, that's how I would do it.

Mills goes to Mumbai for 150k, fantastic buy IMO. He's quality and is proving to be on e of the better bowlers in world cricket off late, and to get him for so cheap is a good deal. Doubt he'll get many games though...

Ryder to BCR for 170k too. Seem intent on getting more of those 'T20-esque' players

I would've rather gone with Kulusekara over Thushara. I think we have enough fastbowlers/allrounders, lets wait for Sakib!

How was Nel unsold? Should've gone to BCR imo, bowls his heart out at all times and is a fiery character.

It is Tim Henderson and he plays for Middlesex. A great allrounder
