The players attending the DCA High Performance Academy gain a holistic approach to the game and life as they will be involved in various activities ranging from cricket specific training to conditioning sessions as well as access to various cricket (current and past international players), medical and scientific specialists. The players will be involved in a well periodised match program both internally and against various opponents to heighten their “game sense” and ability to adjust to different conditions and formats.

Announcement

To all concerned, my humble apology for the delay in starting to post matches. I've had hassles with Cricket Heroes as a simulator for the last week.
CSA Youth Development Programme will no longer be simulated on Cricket Heroes, Syedur Rahman's Cricket Simulator will be used. As for skills & characteristics, Syedur Rahman's Cricket Simulator does unfortunately not have the same feature as what Cricket Heroes have.

Concerning the work effort by certain Academy owners in regards to getting these skills & characteristics, you will still get improved players. However a standard rating system will be implemented for all players.

As for the work effort involved in terms of graphics etc. - It will no longer be required.

CSA Youth Development Programme will be managed similar to other leagues where Managers are required to post their best available team against opposition teams.
All the stats will be done primarily by myself. However with all the excellent Academies created, feel free to continue updating your individual Academies!

My main objective with this league ( My First League) was to create a PC Player Management League where you as an individual can in some way grow your squad, giving you some level of control over the outcome of the League.

I do understand if most of you feel misled, used (In terms of work-load) and disappointed. I share the sentiment (disappointed).

Please feel free to continue or withdraw.
