Ravi- It doesn't seem to have had any effect at all :confused: I hit 17 sixes and got caught at mid off once(quite normal)

Maybe, Don't play the shot in tournaments, then it will be fair for every1 else

Hi guys i have just come back form my cricket match and i read all these posts and i see this.
Are you sure you have a patch installed brad!?
even with the patch, charging will still not provide such a fast run rate.
I went and tested this before and i find it very disturbing that your score is so large, but then again i have no proof that anything is wrong.

My request is that you start your innings again with the patch that updates the charges, im sorry and i know it is a hasel but i am just not sure about that score.

So please go and use the updated version, if a high score like that is achieved again, it would be very suspicious.....................

Squiz-How do we know what shots other people are playing anyway? You only know that I play this way because I've made no secret of it, and I think that it is unreasonable to expect me to compromise my style of play simply because I'm getting too many runs - and that's ignoring the fact that it's practically impossible to regulate what shots you can and can't play. If it makes you happy, I can hit sixes over mid wicket and cover exactly the same way and just as easily.

My Request was that you play the innings again with the new version, just as everyone else will.
I would like to see some screenshots of those 6's too, show us your skill.
If Ravi has edited the patch and those shots shouldn't get you that many runs now, if the same thing happens again, then we know something is up..........

just play it again, and make sure it is in HARD mode, with the latest patch installed.

Radaga- I am absolutely certain that i have the patch installed, and if i play the innings again I'll just get another high score and you'll all start complaining again. If you want screenshots of sixes I can give you screenshots of sixes but you'll just say I don't have the patch installed or I'm playing on easy or something like that. I know I have the patch installed and that I'm playing on Hard and not doing anything untoward but there's no way I can prove that to you if you don't want to believe me.

Ravi- Can you make the patch so it makes it impossible to play those advance-slog shots - as in you will always miss the ball or get caught in close and therefore meaning they are not a viable alternative to regular play? Was the other update designed to make them extremely difficult to play or just so they're on par with the other shots, as I could've just have been timing them well because with the charge it's just a matter of playing the shot at the same point in the bowlers action every time.

I don't think u do have the patch installed, look at the where all the shots end up. They all end up in the same position.

You played a variety of shots, I only played 3- obviously they'll look different. The same shot will end up in the same place if you time them equally well.

I am sorry mate but you are a very big cheat!
Squiz and myself were very concerend about the huge total so we decide to download the save game file and see for yourselves.
We found a lot!

For starters, i wanted to see the stats for the players, and i found out that all of the shots were pretty much in the same spot!, they were down to pinpoint accuracy, 50 odd shots in the excat same place, now isn't that a bit suss?

So next i decided to play for a bit and see if i could do it too, well i faced my first ball, it was pitched on leg stump, probably a half volley. I pressed the buttons to play an on drive and i played a leg glance! very weird!
i thought that i might have just pressed the wrong button, so i played the next ball, it was pitched a bit outside off and i tried to cut it, but when i pressed the buttons it played a straight back foot drive! again very weird

But then i thought to myself, hey! doesn't that only happen in easy mode! then i new that you had been playing in easy mode!

So much for the big score, anyone can make it in easy mode!!!
Even with Ravi's patch, which i also doubt you have installed!!!

This was very distrubing brad, i have backup from Squiz and we are very, angry. :

I invite other staff members to please go and check it out if they are not happy with my decision.

hmmmm.......... so you timed about 100 shots exactly the same.
