Mario Puzo mafia - Endgame (Yudi, Iri, Swirler, Smurf and Manly win)

What the hell. All we can hope now is that the mafia kill themselves, and if they recruit, they target the wrong person. We have to use the night to destroy 'em.

Sorry guys forgot to say I wouldn't be able to come online for a few days.

Unfortunately it looks like we got no where...

Tomorrow we really are going to have to start forcing claims as we're going absolutely nowhere at the moment. Thankfully we're the largest faction still at the moment, genuinely thought our numbers were limited on account of the extremely defensive play thus far.

I have all the roles so finishing night 2 early:

Night 2

He had no real reason to have him whacked but there was just something about him he didn't trust. He decided it had been the right decision when he heard that some Barzini goons had been talking to him when he died.

After his night off he set out to protect the girl. There was no-one else left to protect her after all.

He'd been getting angry at the lack of results. Tonight though the buttonmen had news for him. "What was he doing there?" he wondered?

He picked up the phone and made a call. Even talking to these guys made him nervous. "I checked and he's clean ok. Now where's my money?"

Ironically the man he was looking for turned up just after he had finished talking to the senator. By then it was too dangerous to go back.

He didn't know who to look out for so he went for the only fellow he was sure about. Sincerely.

MaD is dead. He was Senator Pat Geary - Civilian Aligned

It is now day 3. With 14 alive it takes 7 to lynch.

Possibly talks about the death suggests that it was done by the Corleone gang.

Too vague all we know is that one of the mafia clans had someone investigated.

He picked up the phone and made a call. Even talking to these guys made him nervous. "I checked and he's clean ok. Now where's my money?"

Quite interesting, it indicates a possible fourth party that cant be recruited but can be seen to get info on anyone else. Possibly like an individual detective that both mafia sides can use to find out on someone allegiance?

Ironically the man he was looking for turned up just after he had finished talking to the senator. By then it was too dangerous to go back.

He didn't know who to look out for so he went for the only fellow he was sure about. Sincerely.

Two paras I am not really sure about, open too different forms of interpretation. Would like to see what you guys think.

Also I feel the writeup has been such that you cannot be sure what it means exactly and I may be reading along differently, so if someone has different interpretations. make them known

er I'm confused.

Write up made little sense to me.

Carry on

Interesting discussion going on here, carry on

Going after Zhurb seems a bit desperate. at least he took a stab at someone and tried to get some convo going.

Interested in why Ben is going after Treva, lets hear more on that.

Everyone knows you have a hardon for me so that's no surprise.

These are all the posts Mark has made, and neither of them are helpful. Hes either a mafia or a useless townie cause he has made no valuable contribution. Think hes waste of space unless he can prove otherwise. And since we have to lynch someone It rather be him for me at this stage.

----------

Lynch: Mark

Para 1 - Describes the kill. Indicates the person who killed him, that seems a Corleone, noting that MaD was allegedly talking to Barzinis.
Para 2 - Might be some kind of Protective role that protects every alternate night and has to protect 'the girl' only.
Para 3 - Tracker/Watcher that wasn't finding anything in the previous 2 nights.
Para 4 - Recruitment?
Para 5 - Don't get it.
Para 6 - Kill again?

After his night off he set out to protect the girl. There was no-one else left to protect her after all.
This is interesting. Why does it say no one left to protect her? Really confused.

He picked up the phone and made a call. Even talking to these guys made him nervous. "I checked and he's clean ok. Now where's my money?"
Another part I'm unsure of. Did someone have a one off role and some other people asked him to use it?

Ironically the man he was looking for turned up just after he had finished talking to the senator. By then it was too dangerous to go back.
Didn't get this as well. Senator was MaD, who is dead, if I'm assuming right. Then this could be someone was looking for someone else but, killed MaD instead?

But, this thing below says the kill was intentional and not an accident..

He had no real reason to have him whacked but there was just something about him he didn't trust. He decided it had been the right decision when he heard that some Barzini goons had been talking to him when he died.

He didn't know who to look out for so he went for the only fellow he was sure about. Sincerely.

Confusing.

I am really not sure what the writeup is for. Wth Colin!

Well, now we really have to do something. So, I feel we need to start applying pressure on people.

Lynch : Trev

I don't think he has done anything at all. He's too good a player to be this silent. So, let's get him to post more.

I take it the Corleones kill MaD here, considering he was talking to the Barzinis?

After his night off he set out to protect the girl. There was no-one else left to protect her after all.

Active on alternate nights, and his only objective is to ensure this girl's safety?

He'd been getting angry at the lack of results. Tonight though the buttonmen had news for him. "What was he doing there?" he wondered?

Tracker/Watcher finding something interesting.

He picked up the phone and made a call. Even talking to these guys made him nervous. "I checked and he's clean ok. Now where's my money?"

Individually/Civilian aligned cop recruited by one of the families?

Ironically the man he was looking for turned up just after he had finished talking to the senator. By then it was too dangerous to go back.

Confusing. All I get is that MaD, the senator features here.

He didn't know who to look out for so he went for the only fellow he was sure about. Sincerely.

No idea on this.

Lynch: Mark

His posts have all been what we term as filler posts, adding nothing to the discussion whatsoever. Trying to look active without any contribution.

I'll come back later and properly do an analysis of what I think of the write up (though not much more to add)

Lynch:Mark

Do I need to give a reason? Of no help throughout and now when we need to start getting a move on he goes without even giving a view or lynch?

I'm outta town for a wedding till Sunday.
Wow, this is too good a post when you're already under the suspicion radar. But, that said, why would any mafia do that? Mark plays this way, I feel. But, as I say time and again, an inactive or a sort of useless townie is equally dangerous as a mafia is. Or, annoying.

So,

Unlynch : Trev
Lynch : Mark

He had no real reason to have him whacked but there was just something about him he didn't trust. He decided it had been the right decision when he heard that some Barzini goons had been talking to him when he died.

MaD targeted by the Barzini goons and killed by the Corleone family.
After his night off he set out to protect the girl. There was no-one else left to protect her after all.

I don't get why is there no one else to protect her?

He'd been getting angry at the lack of results. Tonight though the buttonmen had news for him. "What was he doing there?" he wondered?

The Tracker/Watcher who's been staking out houses?

He picked up the phone and made a call. Even talking to these guys made him nervous. "I checked and he's clean ok. Now where's my money?"

Unsure of this, but I'd go with what Haarithan said.

Ironically the man he was looking for turned up just after he had finished talking to the senator. By then it was too dangerous to go back.

Someone targeting the killer probably. Not completely sure.

He didn't know who to look out for so he went for the only fellow he was sure about. Sincerely.

No idea but this guy's town.

I'm tempted to lynch Mark but will wait if he has anything to say. I guess his reason is genuine? Need to hear from Treva as well.
