Mario Puzo mafia - Endgame (Yudi, Iri, Swirler, Smurf and Manly win)

No Lynch - 9 (Manly, Zhuorb, hedger_14, MaD, BKB1991, Themer, iridescentt, user2010, varun)

With nervousness spreading and feeling the Damoclean sword above their heads few were willing to point fingers. Instead they plotted what they would get up to under the cover of darkness.​

It is now night 1. You have 24 hours to send me your roles.

WTH? Am I the only one who sees how retarded this is? There are 2 mafia fractions - there are going to be more deaths tonight, not to mention any possible poisonings etc. Since there are 2 fractions, the chances of us getting a mafia were relatively high. Plus, whoever we got, it would have given us something to go off. So far, all we've got is my lynch on Zhuorb.

It was quite interesting to see the No Lynch bandwagon that I started, will probably discuss it later on in the game.

I'm in work all day, and a whole day goes past lol. I'm kinda with Papa_Smurf on this one, seems a bit of a bad move to rush through the day phase when there is a chance of so many mafia. Hopefully tonight won't be too painful for us and we can have some stuff to act on for tomorrow

Lol, most day 1's end in a no lynch. And really, I've never thought it a good idea to get 3 or 4 claims from different people and give the mafia more choice on who to kill.

Night 1

When the godfather discovered that the approach had been refused his anger was terrible. "If he's not with us he must be against us", he raged. Later that day the hitman returned, "Michael? You won't see him around no more" he bragged. Only then did he realise what he had done.

He had been trying to find his brother and his mentor but looking in the wrong places. All he wanted was to help them. It came as a terrible shock when they found him first and shot without asking questions.

The pusher was gone but that didn't change nothing. He was only a pawn anyway. This time he set out to persuade someone himself and wasn't going to take no for an answer. Given the choice of a bullet or a bung, the man chose the money.

He had wanted the chance to serve and now he had it. He would perform the service asked of him even if it cost him his life. He hoped it wouldn't come to that.

Again he got in position and staked the place out. Again he learned nothing. He was becoming frustrated.

The news reached him of what had happened during the night and he roared with laughter. "The fools", he exclaimed, "they're doing the job for us!"

Papa Smurf is dead. He was Michael Corleone - Civilian Aligned
Hedger_14 is dead. He was Tom Hagen - Corleone Aligned

It is now day 2. With 15 alive it takes 8 to lynch.

I don't seem to be improving much, when it comes to Mafia games. I'm going to have to wait and see what everyone thinks, before making a decision on who I should lynch.

It's a shame we've lost our first civilian.

That's an interesting night. We now know the factions are Barzini, Corleone and Civilians.
Para 1 - It describes both the kills.
Para 2 - It shows hedger trying to look for his mafia partners. Maybe he needed to find them before he would actually get the mafia. Note the 'him'dead and the 'they' who killed him.
Para 3 - Describes the Barzinis, who lost a member last night. But it tells us that Radonx wasn't a useful role.
Para 4 - Do not understand much of it.
Para 5 - Tracker/Watcher who did not find anything again.
Para 6 - Cannot be the mafia because they lost a person. It is a townperson or a Barzini.

Another bits and pieces thing for me. I can only get a few things from these writeups.

I don't get this. Maybe because of someone's death, there was a backup and now he's got his role. Not sure.

A recruition can't be good.

Okay so in the first line, the Corleone family kill smurf and the second line implies that he wanted to join them, so a bad move by the Corleone's.

I think the Barzini's killed hedger, but the last line indicates something else, pretty confusing.

Anyway, we don't really need to rely on the writeup.

Zhuorb, can you please tell me how the first para is about both the kills? I don't get how you came to that conclusion.
