Muhammad Amir's 4-1-6-2 is the most economical 4 over spell by a Pakistani bowler in T20Is.
He bowled 21 dot balls out of 24. Super spell indeed.

Another poor display by the umpire.[DOUBLEPOST=1456759687][/DOUBLEPOST]And Sir Khurram Manzoor goes too

Hayden's pretty good in the commentary box.[DOUBLEPOST=1456760763][/DOUBLEPOST]Good job Malik, keep blockin 'em. Don't even take singles.

The only reason Yuvraj was able to stay out there was 1. Kohli kept facing Amir as much as he could and kept Yuvraj at the other end and Kohli's absolutely right in doing that. Had Yuvraj had like two to three consecutive deliveries against Amir there's no doubt he would have got out and this game could have opened up from one end and India probably would collapse.

That's how the game goes. Kohli was better equipped to face Amir than Yuvraj, so Kohli faced most of Amir. I can also say that Yuvraj's experience helped him survive the few deliveries off Amir and against the other bowlers. I doubt if Manish Pandey or someone much younger (also in terms of experience) would have survived out there against Amir or the other bowlers if they had been in Yuvraj's place.

You can blame him all you want for not opening up in other games, but in that last game vs Pakistan, Yuvraj is not the one to be blamed. I am not a big fan of the recent Yuvraj, but I feel he is the better bet for us in the T20 World Cup.

I would say a nice win by Pakistan in the end. The team needs to get some confidence and captaincy should be improved, talking about the bowling changes and field placements.

Malik's this performance should not tell about his future, rather his performance against Bangladesh and Srilanka would matter most.

Looks like that Pakistan is still making World T20 combination by dropping Wahab Riaz and giving chance to Nawaz, Playing Khurram Manzoor as number 3. Where would you adjust Khalid Latif then? They needed to have consistent combination and by going like this, Waqar will end up doing experimentation even in the World T20 I am afraid. Pity....

Parthiv Patel might be drafted in as an opener and replacement to Rohit. Sources say that Rohit maybe ruled out of the rest of the Asia cup due to serious injury on his toe. And he was not seen in the training session aswell. Although, Dhawan was seen practicing in the training session with the bandage.

If Dhawan is fit ( I think he is fine) , then Parthiv won't come in. As Rahane will take Rohit's place.

Teams news
Shikhar Dhawan has recovered from the niggle that kept him out of the previous match. He will likely open again alongside Rohit Sharma, who has also been cleared to play after sustaining a bruised toe, courtesy of an Amir yorker.

India (probable): 1 Shikhar Dhawan, 2 Rohit Sharma, 3 Virat Kohli, 4 Suresh Raina, 5 Yuvraj Singh, 6 MS Dhoni (wk & capt), 7 Hardik Pandya, 8 Ravindra Jadeja, 9 R Aswhin, 10 Ashish Nehra, 11 Jasprit Bumrah

India seems to be regressing over here. I'd have vouched for Yuvraj had he even shown some of his class in domestic tournaments. There is simply no justification for him to be in the team. As aforementioned, the middle order is India's weakest link as you cannot really depend upon Raina, Yuvraj, Dhoni & Pandya to deliver. It's more like the Pakistani middle order where you dont really know whether theguy would score big or get out for a duck/partly score.

Also, Dhoni needs to use him frequently during bowling if the guy is going to make any impact. Even during the last World T20, he was selected on account of his past merits and he flunked miserably. People tend to sympathize with him and that's perhaps the reason he has been brought back again.

IF you observed him during the Sydney T20, he was all at sea with experienced bowlers, a trend that he has displayed here as well.

I don't think so India should have any problems wiping out Sri-Lanka today if and only they do something stupid and loose.
