If you guys remember, Yuvraj played a brilliant inning against Australia in the group match of T20 WC 2014 but then struggled against Sri Lanka in that final.

Yuvraj did play well today but he struggled again against Chameera who was the only one in that Sri Lankan line-up with genuine pace. Yes, he will be playing on flatter surfaces but this Yuvraj struggles against genuine fast bowlers even on flat surfaces which the past Yuvraj was able to handle. Every team that we have in our T20 WC group have at least one genuine fast bowler who is likely to trouble him with that short ball.

However, I will say that I liked the intent he showed today. He was open to hit from the very first ball even though the wicket was difficult to bat on. Hopefully he can show the same intent even in WC.

If Pakistan beat Bangladesh and Sri Lanka beat Pakistan, three teams will be tied on 4 pts. Who then gets to go to final? Does NRR decide? Or does head-to-head come into play?

I personally predict an India v Bangladesh final. And that will be challenging for India since they face the home team in a final game. Bangladesh have gathered a pretty huge following at home and it will have an impact. And India have lost to Bangladesh in Bangladesh before (remember that ODI series?). And this is T20, where anything can happen.

On another note, hope this is the last time YuppTV gets streaming rights for US. They suck! Their highlights is a mess, most often they are so late and their repeats are hard to watch (when I know the result, I just want a highlights package soon). And their system does not sit at all with cricket live telecast.

Yuvi's knock was pleasing to eyes. Finally, yesterday he could bring out the old Yuvi that I knew. If such an aggressive innings was played by him on a slight green top, I hope there's plenty of him which is yet to come during world T20, where pitches will favor more a lot to batsmen. And well done by Virat, by the way. Not only for his huge share in the match winning contributions but also for his courtesy that he let Yuvi face more deliveries once he saw Yuvi was in control. Nice team effort. Last match surely has helped Yuvraj regain the confidence he was looking for.[DOUBLEPOST=1456883196][/DOUBLEPOST]

In such case where it is not possible to decide which team will progress on the basis of head to head results, NRR is considered. I guess so, but I'm 100% sure.

I would love to see another Indo-Pak / Kohli-Amir contest in the finals. But, I feel Bangladesh will make it through if their batting line up can survive Amir.

If I see the current situation of Pakistani team and Bangladesh home ground advantage specially a slightly green pitch, I would be seeing bangladesh cruising through. But the problem is that Pakistan Team has always been unpredictable and out of nowhere they surprize you specially when you are not expecting much from them so I would keep my fingers crossed for today's do or die match.

Talking about the Final, Indian fans would be more happy and Indian team would be much relaxed if Bangladesh can come to the finals because it would be more easier to beat them then Pakistan due to the arch-rivalry and India Pakistan matches have always been tight and full of surprizes no matter if Pakistan bowled out for 83, So I guess Indians must be looking for a much easier bite. Let's see what happens today.

Please arrest Haroon Rashid and hang him.

Wow. Horrible batting by Pakistan. Hope Shoaib Malik bats sensibly.

Sometimes I wonder what it must be like to be part of the Pakistan selection committee. To try and understand their perspective, their logic, their reasoning. Then I remind myself that I perhaps have a better chance at being the entire Justice League in one person.

Afridi, for the well-being of the team, please retire!

Have these wickets in BD ruined the WorldT20 prep for Asian teams? I highly doubt we will be getting such wickets in India during WorldT20 tournament. The par scores, the optimal bowling length, the overall strategy will be quite different as well
