And my legspinner in this match (my captain too) got torn to shreds despite a bowling rating of 67. He was rubbish. Is there something implemented for different bowling types, like a wristspinner is more likely to take wickets and concede more runs than a finger spinner, or were my bowling settings just too aggressive?

No, there's nothing to make one type of bowler more likely to take wickets or concede runs. I guess there's just the chance that he had a bad day at the office or that he got taken apart from a good player of spin. Also the wicket didn't wear too much so if he relies on spin then he may not have been at his most effective.

In fact, looking over the innings, he's spent a long time bowling to batsmen that were in and he's had at least a couple of boundaries scored off him that could have been wickets. Just been a bit unlucky really I think.
