Since most of the Blackcaps will be around during the T20 this year Wellington should be strong.

Good to see a bit of banter flying around.
But yeah I support Auckland, try to watch most of their T20 games at Eden Park as I only live a few streets away.
We should have an alright side with Martin Guptill, Kyle Mills, Scott Styris, Daryl Tuffey, Chris Martin, Gareth Hopkins and Reece Young but then again all sides are beginning to look pretty strong.

I'd just like someone to confirm this, are the BLACKCAPS just going to play the domestic T20's this year and not the OD and FC stuff?

I'm guessing they'll play some FC cricket at the start of the season. But the T20 stuff is in Janurary and there isn't a international team touring then, so they'll play a lot of that.

I am sure Aucklander's are use to it.

They should go alright in the T20 although Martin has moved to Canterbury for this season.

Interesting to see Auckland's home games at Colin Maiden Park because of Eden Park II getting revamped for 2011 rugby WC.
Surprised none are at Cornwall Park as that is where they used to play them.

I'm sure it would be more common sense to put a 1 or 2 day gap between the final and reserve day as in south island it often rain for a few days at a time?
